London Camera Exchange - Leamington Reviews

Efficient service and delivery

Quick easy transaction

Ordered the used lens from LCE and received it within a couple of days via DPD. Communication throughout the process was superb with accurate tracking and delivery time information. The condition of the lens is excellent, as described online.
Very pleased with the service. Thanks LCE.

Faultless experience from a first class camera company. The first choice if you are looking for new or used camera equipment.

The lens I ordered arrived next day and well packed even though lens was in it’s own box
The condition of the lens was excellent and better I thought than stated
So we’ll done LCE

The price of the lens I wanted to buy was about the same as others sellers on ebay. LCE's offer for my old lens was less than I could get on ebay. But - and its a big but, LCE offer a 6 month guarantee, postage of your old lens to them is prepaid and they quickly agreed with my evaluation of my old lens and sent the new one. The new lens was exactly as described. So you are getting peace of mind - which is important when you are dealing with quite expensive purchases. On ebay I have seen multiple miss-described lens - for example mk II lenses being advertised as mk III. Every single time I contact ebay to raise the incorrect description NOTHING happens and the adverts remain unchanged. I have reported fakes and nothing happens. I have even got the original manufacturer to back up my claim something is fake and still ebay does nothing. So unless you are very experienced, very careful and lucky LCE offers a better experience for slightly more money then ebay.

I bought a second hand Pentax 35mm f2.4 lens that was described as in excellent condition and indeed it was. It was extremely well packaged and arrived safely

Great prices from an honest UK dealership.

I use LCE a lot and I have never been disappointed.
Quick delivery and the item is always as described, actually sometimes even better.

Item well priced, as described and promptly delivered

Recently bought few Sony lenses and a teleconverter. Surprisingly very cheap price compared to other main companies like ParkCameras or Wex. Website is a bit outdated for 2025. But there are great selection of genuine products for very reasonable price. Never had to reach the customer care service as i havnt encounter any issues so far.
Please consider updating your website especially for mobile users.

Excellent service. Lots of details given on the advert about the used lens I purchased. Very quick delivery.

Lens in very good condition as described, good value.

Very speedy delivery came next day, item was very nice came in box with all the bits

I'm terrible for swapping cameras & lenses all the time. It could be ruinous for me, but I always look for a very good price on all the used gear I buy (because I'm probably going to be selling it on again some time.)
I buy lots of gear from LCE and I find them very competitive on price and trustworthy when it comes to used gear. The latest example is a Canon 85mm lens I bought from them last week. I'm delighted with it, and I know they would have taken it back without question had I not been satisfied.

Helpful with telephone enquiry, smooth- if a little unconventional ordering process, swift dispatch, extremely well packaged. My camera was in better condition and with more accessories than I expected too. Would be very happy to use again in the future. Only feedback might be to standardise descriptions for similar items across the stores to make choices easier.
