Great experience and knowledge
Fast easy purchase

A photographer friend introduced me to London Camera Exchange. If you want great service, good prices and really knowledgable staff, you can't beat LCE. Ideally for beginners and experts, the staff know their stuff and can give unbiased advice on everything from cameras to storage to bags and tripods. They can even beat Amazon on many prices so check them out!

I have purchased from LCE many times over many years. As always service was swift and professional. Vladimir has shown great communication and professionalism when dealing with my enquiries. I would wholeheartedly recommend using LCE to anyone. Mamy thanks for your service!

First I went into the shop where they let me see and try the cam I was after, then I ordered it online as online it came in a bundle with a case (and an SD card). Love the case as it is made for the cam, perfect size. The cam itself is replacing my old Kodak digicam, unfortunately the old one fell and broke; it took amazing photos and so far I have not seen the same quality with the new cam. Will tinker with the settings but it's probably the best it will get, I will keep it and it does do the job :-)

I went to LCE on Strand to repair some binoculars. They weren't really worth repairing but I didn't want to send them to landfill. The lovely guy at LCE offered to send the binoculars to their recycling service and then advised me on the purchase of a new pair of binoculars, which were reasonably-priced and are absolutely excellent - lightweight and small but very clear. Super service, so charming. What a great place.

Purchased an item but had to return it , i was fully refunded promptly.Staff were very helpful.

I needed to have an older pair of binoculars cleaned and repaired and the ICE contact immediately offered to help and gave good advice as to the best way to make them functional again
