This Isn’t ‘Trusted’ — It’s a Scam Market
Leicester City FC’s sponsorship of BC.Game directly misled me into a scam. At the start of their deal, I documented four massive Dogecoin bets — billions in value, totaling over £100 million — made through my account. One of these bets was a win but recorded as a loss, proving BC.Game’s games are not provably fair. Only my Dogecoin transactions were erased. When I questioned this, my account was blocked, leaving me with over £10,000 in crypto and $6,000 in BCD lost. I have screenshots, transcripts, and emails — all verifiable.
I emailed every publicly listed LCFC contact repeatedly. Not a single reply. This is scam 101: consumers are left stranded, with no escalation path, while clubs and platforms profit. LCFC is blatantly promoting a scam, linking directly to BC.Game despite them being unlicensed in the UK. There is no remorse, no accountability, and no action taken.
Trustpilot gave BC.Game inflated ratings, including 5 stars at the time, helping them appear legitimate. Automated replies and generic responses from both the platform and reviewers gave scammers credibility — it’s a system designed to protect fraudsters, not consumers.
Gaming commissions and regulators fail at every turn. Live games have magnet roulette balls and dealer manipulations so blatant they defy known physics. Either:
1️⃣ Regulators are accepting backhanders to allow cheating,
2️⃣ No one is actually monitoring games,
3️⃣ Or corruption is systemic, prioritizing scammers over victims.
Consumers lose millions each year, left with dead-end “email our team” responses, while authorities pretend they’re protecting us. It’s clear the system protects criminals and leaves the public exposed.
LCFC must take full responsibility for anyone affected by the unlicensed platform they promote. BC.Game owners need to face the full force of the UK legal system. Trustpilot, regulators, and clubs alike must act with public transparency, accountability, and lawful oversight — no more excuses, no more “contact us” dead ends. We pay for protection and oversight — we deserve it.
Until these authorities act, this is a warning to all fans: sponsorships, ratings, and “trusted platforms” cannot be relied on — your money is at risk.
Rohit is a wonderful Tour Guide
We went to a Stadium Tour as part of my son's Christmas present on 4th January 2026. Rohit was our Tour Guide, and he was engaging, witty, enthusiastic and thoughtful. He represented the club excellently, he was very well-informed and made my son, wife and I very welcome.
It was a lovely day out and my son (Theo) enjoyed his time at the King Power. I would thoroughly recommend the Tour. I personally am not a Leicester fan, but I was impressed with the setup. Well done to Rohit and all the staff.
Stadium Tour
Visited the stadium today and it was a great experience , a wonderful couple of hours. Our tour guide Martin was superb giving us loads of information about the club. We'll worth a visit.
Stadium tour
Went to a stadium tour today and it was very good and learned a lot of new things. Martin our tour guide did an amazing job and also gave us some books and posters at the end. If you have Martin for your king power stadium tour you’re in for a treat!

Getting sponsored by bcgame which are scamming customers. They also got there license revoked from one of the worst license which is. That should tell a lot. Poor of Leicester taking blood money, but they are fully aware.

Disgraceful tasting hot coffee
Went to the game today against Brighton reasonable game until the last five minutes when it was a great finish. I haven't been to a game for two seasons when my wife became ill and was unable to keep going so we gave up our season tickets which we'ed had for many years. My complaint how the football club have the nerve to sell such rubbish in hot drinks. We had two drinks a coffee and a bottle of Pepsi £6.80. The coffee was like dish water in fact I think dishwater would have had more taste than this dross they serve up at an extortionate price.
Lcfc Please Note Harry Harrison Is My Star Player 🌟
On Saturday 31st August, 2024. I had stupidly lock myself out of the house while my family members who are long term supporters of Lcfc were spectators at the match. In order to get into the house I had to get the house keys from them. Fortunately, Mr Harry Harrison, the Lcfc Safety and Compliance Manager/Supervisor and, for security reasons had to consult various on duty staff personnel, was able to help me to reach one of my family members to allow me to get their house keys.
I want to express my heartfelt and most sincere thank you to Harry who was very kind and understanding of my stressful experience at the time. Harry, I will not forget your help and I am most grateful to you for coming to my aid in my time of need. Lcfc is indeed very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee. Harry, you are my Angel 😇. Once again, thank you very, very much!

Ordered online paid for next day delivery, no delivery the following day, telephoned the next day to be told order still on the system? Can pick it today delivery the next day, erm no as this was for a present for my hubby I'm not waiting for a delivery on his birthday. Refund takes 3-5 days then i have to go out and find another present with more cost not happy at all
Faulty goods…
Ordered a training Jersey for my grandson for Christmas and paid £5.00 postage. It arrived but the logo on the front was off center and crooked. You have to pay recorded delivery to return even though the fault is theirs. We chose to go to the stadium shop as we did not want delays with postage for Christmas, this is a journey from Hinckley area to Leicester. We were given an exchange but no apology or good will gesture for our inconvenience. I suggest free postage on returns if the goods are faulty, come on Leicester City, you charge enough for merchandise!!!!

As a disabled supporter I have nothing but respect for the club and stewards for the way they help me at games…
The staff always go the extra mile to make sure i can access the facilities including toilets etc. a nothing is too much trouble.

Ordered two Jamie Vardy jerseys for my two lads. They arrived plain. No name and no number. Someone named Debbie denied wrongdoing on their part, so it cost me $30 to mail them back! Terrible customer service and an even worse way to treat fans!
Mistakes were made but good customer service
They got our online order wrong but made up for it with prompt responses and posting out correct items promptly. Friendly and helpful staff.
Love my team but...
My club! Born and raised in Leicester will always be a fox. However, I ordered a t-shirt and some shorts it was delivered really late with expensive delivery fees too.
Leicester v Brentford
Leicester v Brentford. I'm a season ticket holder and would like to thank the club for the terrible match day experience today with long queues(30 mins) soft drinks took off us it was 28 degrees today. Where in the clubs t and c does it say no soft drinks before I renewed my season ticket. The organisation at this club has been poor for the last few seasons much like some of the football and especially the food p.s I have since heard you can take in stainless steel flask
Yet another organisation going cashless…
Yet another organisation going cashless and therefore discriminating against those who prefer cash. Love the club and owners but not the ethos of exclusion in the name of progress. Just don’t buy at the shop until they allow cash payments - and as for the useless administration of catering at matches, that’s another story.
