I love LCWW! A few weeks ago I enjoyed my second show in 2 years here in Toronto, Canada. Such a great atmosphere, so many beautiful cats. Steven is such a delight to watch. His interactions with cats and people are great. Even the mayor of Toronto attended. So great to be surrounded by other cat lovers. Looking gorward to the next time.

Having attended several LCWW shows, I can confidently say they have been an incredible experience. I’ve learned so much and met so many amazing people along the way! Steven and the judges consistently demonstrate genuine love and compassion for the animals, and I’ve personally witnessed numerous adoptions from rescues and shelters at their events.

Like any growing organization, LCWW has faced its share of challenges, but I have seen them take accountability, address concerns, and actively work to improve—just as any honest and dedicated group would. Contrary to the false accusations being spread, I have never experienced or witnessed any scams. Instead, I’ve seen a team committed to transparency, integrity, and continuous growth.

I fully support Steven and LCWW and admire their willingness to listen, learn, and evolve for the betterment of the animals and the communities they serve.

Speak as you find, attended a couple of LCWW shows now and always found them great. Plenty of cats, everyone is really friendly and are all really informative.

On 3 January 2025 I bought two all-weekend tickets for the "CATstravaganza" event in Belfast to be held on 18-19 January 2025. The CATch was although the website advertised the dates as 18-19 January AND the title of the confirmation email had 18-19 January as the date, buried within the body of the email the dates were given as July 19-20, 2025 which I did not notice. Who would notice such a thing when the website said January and the email title said January? I did not receive any other indication that the event was not going ahead as planned. I found out from an unrelated Facebook page that the event had been rescheduled. I posted a complaint on the LCWW Facebook page and although LCWW contacted me directly I eventually decided I would rather have a refund of the cost than have anything more to do with LCWW. I was promised the refund by end of January. No refund arrived. I contacted the email address again mid February. No reply. Finally I raised a Chargeback request (or dispute) as there was a clear case here of promised refund not delivered. They had five weeks beyond the end of January to send the refund or even communicate why it had not been sent as promised and they did not.

PLEASE if you have been told you would receive a refund and then been ghosted, know your rights! Raise a dispute with the bank that issued the card you made your payment on. They can get the money back in your account and the bank will chase it with LCWW. This business is happy to hold on to your money rather than refund it, even when promised. The LCWW organiser, turned up on the Cat Rescue Facebook page where I had advised other disappointed cat-fans how to proceed. Several people turned up at the venue in Belfast on the weekend in January - they had booked trains and accomodation because they too did not receive any notice of the date change. The LCWW organiser justified LCWWs errors and blamed the victims. Not a very good look. Those comments have since been deleted.

The poor reviews here on Trust Pilot must be stinging the company. The organiser has posted messages on his Facebook group pleading for positive reviews and says "I do apologize for the rescheduling and cancelling of the last few events, but we are all working hard to respond to everyone and make it right and refunds are always given in line with our long standing refund policy” This does not tie in with my experience and the experience of others here.

Look at the replies LCWW has made to the negative reviewers here. The language is petulant and self-serving. Not a good look.

Keep changing the venue dates, not refunding our money back. Hes a toxic cruel man who is only a scammer, he doesnt deserve his platform, he will only manipulate it as proven with what hes done to everyone around him

This group is committed to the promotion of responsible cat ownership. Not only do the go the extra step to educate about the uniqueness of each pure bread cat they also promote and educate the public about adoption and characteristics of domestic mixed breeds as well.
They are genuine feline educators, owners and responsible embasators of the feline species.
True cat enthusiasts to follow and support.

Cancels shows left right and centre, owes actual thousands to so many people. Conman doing what he does best conning people! Court cases don’t lie!

Entered cat show but they cancelled it last minute and didn't tell me. I found out on fb from other exhibitors. Trying to get a refund but no one answering emails

The cat shows are so much fun and educational. I've grown to love my cats even more thanks to Steve, his family & LCWW. I look forward to being a part of the family every year. I say family because that's how you're treated.

Loved the show you brought to Perth last year. The best cat show I have ever attended. I really enjoy the way you handle the cats and your commentary. I am looking forward to the next show in Perth in May, see you then!

Paid for lifetime membership and they have cancelled all UK shows. False advertising.

There appears to have been a problem in UK with the LCWW shows, which has greatly reduced the ratings for this organization. In the US, I have attended somewhere in the neighborhood of 18 shows as a vendor, back and forth across the country in 2023-24. With the exception of a couple of shows (it happens), the gate has been fantastic, the shows entertaining, and we have been Very happy with our sales.

Of course we are disappointed the California shows in early 2025 have not happened as planned, and understand why Sacramento was rescheduled. It also happens with other organizations from time to time, including CFA last year, when the venue double booked.

We look forward to continuing to vend at LCWW shows, and the warm friendliness we receive from the staff and Steven.

Would be zero stars if I could. I was booked in to attend an event with this company at the NEC as a trader and paid a fair amount of money. The event was moved to an agricultural barn 100 miles away in Newbury with no heating and no refreshments. My sales obviously suffered. I was offer a free event at the London Olympia event which was cancelled and moved again to a different venue, then the date changed and then cancelled completely. I’m still awaiting a refund. I deal with a huge amount of event organised and this company is worse I’ve dealt with. They take your money then block you so please be aware when dealing with them

EDIT - I have NOT been offered a refund and my emails are being ignored so this is VERY true. If you’d like to contact me to refund £350 then I’d happily change my review but you are making it very difficult to find something nice to say about you

As a cat show judge, former cat breeder and exhibitor, plus regional director in another association and show promoter I have never been so thrilled. With LCWW, I can show each cat and highlight personalities and the love of cats. Most importantly, I can promote adoption. Adoption should be the goal at all cat shows. It is for LCWW......HALLELUJAH

Super fun and knowledgeable! Their genuine care for all cats is so apparent. The judges at the shows are so informative and not boring robots as they judge, they make it fun and interactive.

LCWW has opened my eyes to how a show should be run, how passionate Steven and his crew are, and how fun it all can be. The vendors were all so unique and the rescue folks were super knowledgeable. There's just a vibe at the shows that will make you smile. Bringing all my crazy cat friends next year, can't wait for it to get here!

The cat show put on by LCWW was a lot of fun and welcoming for this newbie. I even met new friends and of course saw all the beautiful cats and kittens. The event was well organized and friendly.
