Ever parked somewhere

Ever parked somewhere, paid but made a keying error and this company sends the heavy boys round? The car park I entered had no cash machine and IO had to pay via a telephone number which I texted my details. I have the screenshots on my phone to say I've paid plus I think I sent them a screenshot of the transaction from my bank account. They have asked me to go into some parking app to get the receipt but I didn't pay this way. BPA complaint outgoing next because I'm not paying any £170 fine when I paid for two hours and only stayed one hour. Oh and now they are saying I didn't pay within five minutes. Which is it?
