Absolute nightmare experience

Absolute nightmare experience. Renewing a 3-year code signing certificate, process took weeks and no real help on their part even after providing all the legal info required. This really hurt the business.

According rules of Sectigo for issuing organization validation certificate (Code Signing in your order) they need to make a verification call to a telephone number which registered at 3rd party databases. You informed us about adding number but this database need some time for updating, we informed you about alternative databases which Sectigo also accepted. Please note that renewal - it's a new certificate, that's why Sectigo validation team must make a verification again.
