Through out the whole pandemic they have been my go to testing company. Always super friendly and all results always on time.
You can always expect someone helpful and friendly at the test streets or the help line.

I had a really terrible experience with doing a travel covid test at Lead Healthcare Covid Services. I didn’t receive my test result at all and for not to miss my flight it imposed me a high unforeseen cost to do a last minute test. The costumer service is terrible and after more then a month of communication, they promise me to refund my test but they don’t feel responsible at all to do the payment. Never choose them for any kind of services!

Not a good experience. Had an appointment for 8am and there was no one at the location until 08:15. They were not professional and did not get the details needed for a PCR (they just glanced at the passports). The result has still not come in 36 hours later and we spent 4 hours waiting at Schiphol with a family of six waiting for the results. Eventually we missed our flight and had to pay 500 Euros for other flights. Very unhappy.

Don't promise what you can't deliver -24 hr turnround time for corona holiday testing. How did you get this government contract ???

Worst corona testing in the Netherlands. I booked a test here via the Dutch free testing for travel scheme (testvoorjereis.nl). My test results have not arrived 60 hours after my appointment and needless to say, this jeopardized my travels. I tried calling them three times and was always 105th in the line of callers. After two hours on the line waiting, I was 20th and they disconnected my call. When asking directly at the testing point they couldn't help me and told me that I have to call to see what went wrong. However, it is clear from all the Google and Facebook reviews that this is just standard practice for them.
