Jordan did a great job installing the stair lift. However you don’t have a customer service office in salt lake—it is in Ohio. This lift was supposed to be installed week before it was. No one called me to tell me. I called the line many times on your brochure and yes they answered but gave me no response on why it was late. Finally I got in touch with Matt, the installation manager who explained you did not have the materials yet. When jordan came he explained it to me. So you get an F for customer support. There is no one who responds in a timely manner. The salesman, Christopher never answers his phone and the provides any assistance. He probably gave me a phony number. When you call, it goes straight to “leave a number.” He never calls back. He is a piss poor employee, if he still works there. I am very disappointed with
Him. He gives your company a horrible reputation. Jordan, however did his job well. He said he never got any message about why he was not here at the scheduled date and time. All it takes is someone calling me to let me know instead of standing me up.

The salesman was friendly and upfront on costs and reliability. The installer was friendly and very knowledgable. He answered all of my questions. Both treated me with respect and invited me to contact them with any concerns I may have in the future.

Installation was perfect and well done on the coldest day in Kansas. He was also very quick, but took plenty of time to make sure we understood how to use it. Price was great. We're loving it. Thanks, Steve

the install went ok except there is an electrical problem one of the wall recepticals that was installed I also called to say I have a concern about chair lift going down stairs when you sit on seat it bows down and the movement of lift is bumpy not smooth like the one going upstairs I have not heard back from you about when service man will be here to look at it

I must say I have not used it enough (installed 3 days ago) to give a judgement on it's function and ease of using.

Installation went well except both arms of the chair do not fit thru the door at the top of the stairs. It makes getting off the chair difficult.
The day the lift was installed a room at the nursing home became available. We had been told initially there was an eight month wait for a room.
So called to see if I could return
The lift as we no longer have a need for it. The individual I spoke to said she would look into it but as of today I still haven’t heard anything.

The Sales Rep was very nice, knowledgeable and the chair was installed in a short time. Installers were courteous, friendly and very efficient. I will Recommend your company to my friends.

I liked the product better than the other two I had give us a quote. I don't know that it is worth the difference in price. Almost twice the price of Med-Mart and 30% higher than Acorn. It was rated for 350 lbs as opposed to 267 lbs for the other 2. That was the main reason I bought it.

Didn't return any calls. Had to get another company to service. Never registered the units.Only provided two remotes for two chairs instead of four as normal.

Installed lift and moved moved railing to other side. Did good job

Tony was very nice explained everything and did a great job.

We needed a adjust and the young man showed up in a snow and ice condition that day. Had to be around 180 miles one way. Dedicated ! Thank you !

I finally made my mind up to have a stairlift installed and I chose Leaf Home Safety Solutions. I’m pleased with the lift too. It makes going up and down the stairs much easier for me!

Only reason I gave one star is because zero is not an option. I have owed a stair lift from leaf safety for six weeks and it only worked for three of those weeks. It broke the first time I used it and it took them a week to come out and fix it. Then it worked for three weeks and has been broken ever since. That was ten days now. They do not return my calls and when they do they say someone will contact me “tomorrow “. They never do.

The salesman was very well informed and pleasant. Installers were skilled and completed the job quickly. Very good experience overall
