8 days classroom training for Six Sigma Black Belt was a good course and very well delivered. Both trainers, Chris and John, are very knowledgeable, used lots of example to explain the tool and technique, and structured the the course in the right pace.

Also, Lean Six Sigma Training provides great flexibility. It allowed me to complete 5 days Green Belt training in London, and followed it up with 3 days Black Belt enhancement in Manchester.

Would highly recommend it!

Lean Six Sigma arranged a 5 out 8 days training in London which was a great help as I live in London, other 3 days were in Manchester which was good too.

Good course and well delivered. Also pitched about right in terms of content and pace. I'm a hard marker and hardly ever give 100%; if the scale had been bigger 9/10 would have been secured. Pleased I did the course and some of the principles and approaches learned are already proving useful in the workplace.

Hands down one of the best experiences I had the pleasure of being involved in. A very well thought-out course taking you through the history and main aspects of the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies before going in depth, combining and applying them to industry concepts and case studies step-by-step. Statistical analysis tutorials using Minitab were also extremely useful in quantifying the theoretical concepts that I was introduced to.The absolute best part of the entire course is John, whom, with infinite patience and kindness sought to always provide clarification to any questions and guide everyone to acquiring and using the correct mindset required for LSS. He is the main reason this course was so enjoyable and memorable.
