Zero stars. They just want to get paid for doing nothing, no support, impossible to get in touch with, poor quality instruction, and totally incompetent customer service. Overall a huge scam for a huge price.

Was extremely helpful; within three weeks, I had a driving instructor and test scheduled. My driving instructor, Reehma, was very helpful; she went over every detail and showed me the test route so I could become familiar with it. I would highly recommend Reehma because she made it possible for me to pass my test in a short period of time with only a few hours of instruction. Hopefully, if you book, you will be assigned to her as your instructor in the Leeds area.

I recently passed learninoneweek. My teacher was simply fantastic. I had already failed once, which made me anxious while driving. He was an expert at de-escalating my anxiety. He was incredibly patient. Additionally, he provided explanations of why certain actions must be taken while driving, which really helped the information stick.

They’ve cancelled my intensive driving course twice.

The first time they cancelled, I had taken a week off work and therefore wasted a week of annual leave. They refused to give me a refund on my deposit.

Today, I got an email to say that my intensive course has been cancelled (again) and that I would have to pay an extra £7500 because of the rising cost of fuel.

I’ve tried calling many times over the last 6 months and have found it virtually impossible to speak to anyone in a managerial position, and often struggle to speak to anyone at all.

Save your time and money and book elsewhere!

Over the moon🥰🥰🥰 Passed my pratical test after finishing my 20 hour semi intensive course. My instructor was great, if you’re in southwest London ask for Ahmed for automatic. He really built my confidence and helped me with the final maneuvers. Sooo happy many thanks guys.

From the initial booking to them allocating me with an instructor has been a farce. From getting my details wrong, sending me bills for other people, asking me for extra money to 'fast track' me when I all ready had paid to actually setting me up with an instructor who spent the hours that I was supposed to be being taught watching him on his mobile phone (making 45min doctors appointments) or trying to buy a house or beeping at other drivers because they cut us up..
I had booked for a 20hr course and recieved 6hrs of sitting in a car being told to drive from point A to point B with no instruction (or being told I had done anything wrong) he was a no show on the next lesson.
when I contacted the company they said they investigated it and because the instructor denied doing this (obviously he would) if I cancelled my course i would only be refunded for the hours I hadnt used. when it states on their website full refunds
11hrs ... absolute scam of a company again I repeat DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE

I knew the wait was long and wasn’t expecting miracles but shortly after booking they were able to get me with instructor. My instructor was great he really help me feel comfortable behind the wheel as I’ve not driven for over two years due to having baby. I opted to do my course over three weeks and while doing the course they’re able to get me a test at one of the local test centre.

WATCH OUT!!! Wish I could give 0 star. I’ve been with this company for years now. I understand it’s hard times when it comes to booking a test but 2 years?!?? How come other people get tests booked? Also had a driving instructor who always was talking in her phone while having lessons. They told me I would get £45 back out of all the money I’ve paid them, which is the admin fee for not booking a test for me. Still haven’t received my £45 back!

This company should be illegal, is it a scam?! I’m chocked how a company can operate like this.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I booked a fast-tracked practical test back in November 2021 and had received no help in finding a test date. By January 2022, I decided to ask for a refund and use a different service to book my driving test. I tried calling numerous times, always receiving a voicemail and never getting a callback. I then tried sending emails (4 in total thus far). Finally, I received an email with a refund but instead of the 100% refund back guaranteed as advertised on their website, I received only half of my refund back. If you want to waste your money for no service then look no further.

My driving instructor recommended Sophie at LearnInOneWeek to book my daughter's fast track practical test during these difficult times. She explained the time frame and was absolutely astonishing when she got her a test after 2 weeks at Guildford test centre. Highly recommended them! We will be referring family and friends!!!!

Would not recommend this company one bit.
Paid £385 upfront, this included a fast track theory test and a fast track driving test. 3 weeks after paying the deposit I still had not got a theory test or contact from anyone so I found my own theory for the same week and called to ask why they couldn’t find me one yet I did within the same week, they refunded me the theory money. I then got matched with my instructor who could only do the test on certain days, did not hear anything from these people again so I called and said look for me a test anywhere anytime and I will use my own car, they said okay we will search more areas. Still did not hear anything so I started looking for my own test which I again, got within the same week. Phoned to ask for my money back that I paid for the fast track test and they said no and the women I spoke to was very rude and would not let me speak. I would highly recommend going on the GOV website and finding the tests yourself then paying for this company to do it for you. Feel like I have paid £385 for them to match me with an instructor.
Stay clear.

I booked my course in June I then started 1 month after booking. I was told my intensive course would be over the course of 1 week, consisting of 5 hours per day with my test the following week, when I met my instructor” Steve ogbemudia “ he then told me I’d be doing 2 hour lessons over 4 weeks. He then was rude and told me multiple times I was “ destroying his car “ I had told him I have had 15 hours experience to which he then still only let me drive for 10minutes and was “teaching “ me for just over 40 mins on how to hold the gearstick.
When I contacted the company they then said it’s because they cannot get my test till then which is after my theory would have run out ( hence starting and paying £880 for the course ) I then asked for a refund which toke 10 days too come through... my deposit was £255 I received £135 back as £120 was “ admin charges “ considering it was false advertising and nothing happened the way they expressed it would too me I do not think that was fair at all. I used all my wages for 1 month saving too then get charged £120 ( admin charges ) and just under £70 for a lesson which was the worse driving experience I’ve gone through.

I would not recommend this company as they have conned me off £190 and wasted my time and money.

I was a relatively experienced driver when I started learning with them, they found me a booking very quickly and with the help of their instructor's, I learnt how to drive properly and I passed!! If it weren't for their impeccable instructing it would've taken me longer to learn how to drive properly

Communication has been brilliant and I would trust this company way over and above any apps you can get!

Overall, my experience with Learninoneweek has been amazing! My instructor, Faisal, is probably the most knowledgeable, calm and patient instructor out there. I passed my test first time with 3 minors and wouldn't have been able to do that without Faisal's support. I highly recommend using this company and this instructor if you want to pass with flying colors! Thank you once again!

I passed my driving test first time after taking a course with learninoneweek. My driving instructor was Faisal who was extremely helpful and taught me everything I needed to know to ensure I passed. I was extremely nervous about taking my test but my instructor was very helpful and made me feel more confident. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone who is planning on learning to drive as I had a very positive experience with the company myself.

I just passed my driving test first time with Learninoneweek. They found me a suitable instructor and booked my test within days . My driving instructor Kevin was amazing. He helped me understand manevours I struugled with for so long. I changed from Automatic to manual and its was hard but he helped me understand and improve my gear and steering conrol. Long story short. I passed first time with 4 Minors. If you want a good intensive course in Hackney, then I highly recommend them!

My 12hr course was worth the money as driving for 5 hrs each day meant I was confident when driving and didn't forget anything compared to a weekly lesson. I was in awe of my instructor's knowledge of the road, traffic system and so much more. Philip showed me ways to be calm, relaxed and confident when driving. I would recommend this company to any of my friends as office staff kept me informed by email throughout the whole process Great communication and my instructor philip arrived on time, was polite and patient.
