Regarding the exam…. If you actually read what the website says, it is that if you haven’t purchased the exam, you can do so there. Please read before you jump to conclusions. You have purchased the exam, so this doesn’t apply to you. Your exam is paid for.
Again, your voltage tester should be with you within days, and your exam is paid for.

Poor Customer service
So pathetic customer service as well. I was trying to reach out for support and its been 3 days no one reply back. Poor website as well. I was trying to get sign up go after 100s of tries didnot get any code and It allowed me to make new id with same email and now its not showing my enroll course and no one from support is responding.

Great service. I think it needs to be clear that you do not provide the Brown book before anyone registers because that’s an additional £80. It will save you the hassle of a refund. You did refund very quickly and without question. The part of the course I did do was brilliant. I gave 5 stars for the detail above.

I took the 18th edition course and…
I took the 18th edition course and found it easy to follw and understand. I passed my 18th edition course first time around. Please bear in mind you will need to put in the time and effort to pass the course. I reccomend the 18th edition course to anyone via Learnzone.

Confidence builder
Definitely helped me get back into it, and is giving me more confidence in exams settings. The more I use this tool the more I feel like im getting closer to achieving my goal. Would definitely recommend if your a bit rusty.
