I had broken my knife on my Leatherman wingman and was truly gutted as this thing travels with me everywhere i go since buying several years ago.I sent this to Whitby and co for repair and to my suprise I received a whole new tool! Fantastic service and I will never hesitate to buy another Leatherman tool.

Amazing service, this was ordered online Thursday, I added to the order by phone Friday when I rang to explain I needed to check whether they delivered Saturday because i was driving to Southampton on Monday to take it to my son who works on a cruise ship...sure enough it arrived Saturday morning, engraved with his name..with the extra accessories I ordered. I had looked on other web sites and for price they were competitive..customer service was brilliant and delivery great..and to top that ..a British company...
