One star is too much. This company is a SCAM. My husband ordered a Monty Don jacket. BEWARE.
It took ages to arrive and guess where from? Parkistan!
The sizing was all wrong. A medium that was huge, great long arms and cheap polyester lining. Sadly we read the reviews after the disaster arrived.
They have offered 50% as a refund. Joke Also note there is no postcode included.
My poor husband says that he’ll never order anything online again after being so cheated.

This is a fake company scamming by selling fake, low quality items - their website should be taken down.
Ordered what I thought was a gorgeous oversized aztec cardigan as seen on Yellowstone. A couple of weeks later, I received a low quality, awful fake. It even smells of plastic man-made fibres. The reviews on the website are fake and if you check the small print the grammar and vocabulary used is awful. I wish I'd checked before buying. The cardigan will be going in the bin so I can forget this experience!!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. After too many emails to mention and me agreeing on a 60% refund for the flammable price of tat sent from “London “ ie an address in Kabul, when I chased the refund they have had a “technical financial glitch in their systems”
Which reads “I haven’t actually got the money to refund you, and I’m not going to”. This is a one-man band sh1t show, avoid at all costs!!!

Don't buy from this website. They're scammers and frauds. I bought a coat, or rather, a cheap, awful, dirty rag without tags. I wanted to return it. They started offering me a partial refund. I didn't want it. Finally, they gave me the return address. I paid for the return myself. The package was returned because there's no such address. I warn you, don't buy anything from this website. The company is registered in Pakistan. Unfortunately, it also meets the Pakistani standard.

After receiving two emails that "due to an unexpected issue", my order had not been shipped, I cancelled the oder and requested a refund.
The refund was never issued.
When trying to get in touch with the company via phone, no answer. The phone number of mother company - Shoplectic - doesnt even register as a phone. I would avoid this company

No sooner had I written the earlier review, my order arrived, coincidentally. I ordered a denim shirt but what arrived was a shacket, its not bad tbf but not what I ordered haaa

I ordered a jacket costing £73 on 28/7/25. The website reviews were all positive. The following morning, before receiving a confirmation email, I checked the trustpilot reviews and contacted the company requesting a cancellation and refund in accordance with the consumer contracts regulations. Initially they denied the trustpilot reviews related to them and several emails later they agreed to my request. More than 2 weeks later I had not received a refund. I emailed again requesting my refund and informed them I would report the matter to Mastercard. The following day I received my refund. This is a very condensed version of events. I was very fortunate and suggest against ordering anything from this company.

This company is just a scam, there so called UK office is not manned just a rented space & the other Tennants take in there Mail & parcels.
The Demi Moore blazer I ordered took weeks to arrive, no wonder as it came from Pakistan, from a Syed Muhammad Owais Naseem from a private address, not a business address. The jacket was a piece of rag, the seems had been glued, no labels what so ever just a disgusting, unwearable item. After quite a few emails, strong complaints, telephone calls etc, I did get 75% refund, it wasn't worth fighting for the rest because it would have cost me more then to return it, with no guarantee of the balance
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY as they are just a fabricated one.

Actually one star is too much for this company. My husband googled a"Monty Don" jacket and pictures of the man himself wearing the jacket he admired popped up on their website. The reviews on their own website are 100% 5 star except they use a few popstar names which should have been a warning to him. My husband ordered it and what arrived in the post was a joke. A London transport blue polyester mix monstrosity with a hideous quilted lining. Not a single seam was straight. There were no size labels, fabric content labels or care labels making it illegal to sell. It fitted where it touched. Their response to his request for a refund was to offer my husband a discount on his next purchase followed by varying degrees of discount if he kept the jacket. Only by threatening them with a complaint to Barclaycard and Trading Standards did he finally get a refund. If you want the real jacket , it is a well known French clothing company and is called a Chore jacket. Refund finally arrived, so be persistent. The jacket went straight to a charity shop.....

I made an order on 5 July 2025 and never heard back from the selling company, no status of the order, no tracking number - nothing at all. For a number of days I am trying to get an answer from the company - my emails remain unanswered. The chat on the company's website appears working, but agents that run it make promises they never keep - I was told the merchandise department will provide status of my order - and again, NOTHING ever happened. This company appears to be a fraud and requires explicit checking of its operations.

Terrible company never sent order nearly three weeks after ordering seller poor to reply avoid company at all cost had to threaten with legal action to get a refund trading standards have been given company information to look into definitely some kind off con going on do not buy from this company Terrible service and experience

Ordered a shirt as my gf sent it to me and I didn't do my due diligence. Complete scam, deformed sizing, massive rip-off. Avoid unless you want £1 clothing for £50. It did actually arrive unlike other reviews but I had to chase chase chase and it's cheap polyester that's unwearable.

Poor quality rip off goods went straight in the bin on arrival as I couldn’t be bothered fighting them 60 pounds for a top with no labels and def 100 per cent cheap polyester and breaking law due to no labels don’t buy anything from this company please I warn you.

These are fakes, and very bad fakes

3 weeks later, and I haven't even received notification of shipping. I wrote twice to enquire and received the same bogus message that "our order has been processed and will be collected by the courier within 2–3 days". This is not a real company. AVOID

Fake Rubin Amorin hoodie,it will stil not cheap ,lined with nylon ,husband can barely get it over his head ,came with a label on it how to care for your leather jacket !!

AVOID!!. I ordered a shirt copy from a well-known tv show. The shirt took ages to arrive. When it did, the quality of the fabric was horrendous. In addition, the shirt looked like it had been constructed by a 5 year old with a new sewing machine. Loose stitches, unfinished edges and so on. It also looked dirty.
I then requested a refund. Their tactic is to keep offering incremental amounts off until you accept. When I stated I wanted a full refund, they responded that I needed everything as before and in original packaging and if not, neither a refund nor product would be returned. I saw where this was going and just accepted the partial refund.

No details on the website stating that this item would come from Pakistan rather than London as the name provides. fake hoody received i not made aware that the detail would be stuck on rather than stitched.
Poor communication after emailed the address on the website, still waiting on a response from refund request. Do not order from this awful company.

If there would have beeen minus starts i would ahve given it.. Its completely doddgy.. some one from Pakistan is running it.. this website should be closed ASAP.. plz dont buy anything from them .. they are selling very cheap items at very high price and duplicating items with good brand names. I bough £90 item which is not even worth £25 its completely fake and cheap quality
