LEAWO software is really excellent and I am highly recommended to anyone who likes it, easy to use, no lags during operation, customer service support is great too

The problem was solved very quickly.

i have tried to use the DRM software and it sas it only works with OS 10.13 or earlier and we are now on OS 23 it should have been mentioned up front basically useless

Absolutely less than useless.
Crashed every time I tried to run it normally, seemed it had to run in admin mode. Took 5 mins to load the disk, then wouldn't let me control it properly. Finally got it playing the movie, and it got stuck in a perpetual loop of flashing up adverts that prevented unpausing the film. Tried to uninstall, but wouldn't shut down to allow this. Wouldn't even close in task master. Had to do a hard restart, that was so severe the main board had to redo all its memory tests. Literally the worst bd playing app I have ever tried.

This is a great Blu-ray disks player program. It easy to use and compatible with all computers. Not like other where you have to upgrade your computers graphic card and customer service is excellent. They will be there when you need help. Thank you love it.

I accidentally purchased the wrong software and thought I was out $30. I contacted Leawo support thinking it was a long shot they would reimburse me, but they were helpful, communicative, and gave me the option of a lifetime license for the product I intended to purchase or a regular refund. I opted for the latter, and Leawo refunded the full amount of my order no problem!

What started out bad, ended up good! Maybe it was my fault but after contacting customer service, they directed me to the fix and now everything works PERFECTLY! I’ve already ripped almost all of my DVD collection in just a couple of days! Everything worked seamlessly!

Dynamite software that breezed through blu-ray rips where others can't. Customer service was right there to help when I hit a snag.

Been using Leawo Itransfer for about 10 years. Had a small problem with the program recently when I could not activate it on my new computer even after uninstalling from old one. Customer service was outstanding responding to my help request within one day and quickly resovled the issue. I worry more about customer service with a product than the actual product in many cases and Leawo is outstanding.

It's a magnificent application. Is the best application I've seen to remove DRM.

Bait-and-switch scheme. The site looks as though you will get 16 apps in 1, but instead you get just one. Leawo refused to refund my money and even disabled the product on my computer! Now I have not app and no money. Shady, shady company.

awful company you buy a lifetime licence and a few months later they lift some modules , and replace them and want you to repay for them disgusting scammers

iTransfer is a very easy-to-use program, better than any others that I have tried. Customer support is 'old school', that is they actually help you, and quickly at that. Couldn't ask for more.

I use their software all the time and the occasions where I've made mistakes and needed help their customer service was prompt, helpful and stress free. Highly recommended.

A one star review for deceptive business practices is warranted. The pitch never mentioned subscription, every piece of the sale said I purchased the software, even down to the disc they mailed and all of the instructions. A year later, poof! more money to make it keep working. Felt like ransomware. It's good software, but not worth an annual subscription.

While it did not work with MacOS 12.3 a quick response from Support and now it is working just fine. This suite does everything one could possibly need when it comes to Video, BluRay, DVD.
I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for this functionality.
