I ordered some wine via Amazon, but unfortunately they were damaged in transit by the courier. I was contacted promptly and was able to make up a very satisfactory replacement consignment. The team were professional and fun to deal with. I will definitely be making future purchases. Such a refreshing vintner. A pleasure to do business with.

Just used them for the first time ( Sheffield branch ) and I simply cannot fault anything with the process. I placed my order late on Sunday evening and received an email early on Monday saying it had been processed and awaiting collection!!!! Then it was delivered just after 1030hrs that morning - simply stunning service.
A really nice selection of items, an easy navigable website and really great prices. I will definitely order again.
