You have a nice product, that is good quality and vfm.
The website stated next day delivery. But it took 4 days.
Not a big deal normally, but this was a birthday gift, and the suggested delivery timescale wasn't achieved.

The items that I ordered turned up very fast and in perfect condition. The only complaint for which Le Bon Vin is not responsible is that the courier left the parcel upside down despite it being very clearly marked as fragile and which way up it should be.
