Friendly staff who know about the products they are selling, happy to spend time on the phone to answer questions. Good price and great service, would definitely recommend.

I visited the shop - after a glowing recommendation from a work colleague - to buy a new TV for my elderly dad who has very limited vision. We had very specific requirements, and the sales assistant took the time to demonstrate a range of TVs, and was very knowledgeable about the products. We felt we were given a great personal service, without being rushed, or feeling pressured into buying.

When we did buy, the price was excellent, and delivery and wall-mounting of the TV was very smoothly arranged. The follow-up service was very good.

A small local company who take the time to make sure everything is right for the customer and provide excellent service.

From planning to implementation nothing was too much trouble for these guys.
Our cinema system was made up of top draw components chosen by leconcepts - a Sony VPL-XW5000ES Laser 4K projector, a Delux 120" Cinema Screen, KEF Q Series speakers powered by a Yamaha RX-A6A amplifier. Over the last two weeks the team have worked tirelessly to convert a garage into a cinema room and the end result is amazing - why would we need to go to the movies when it is at home - thanks guys you did an amazing job.

I ordered a set of sony headphones from leconcepts, they advised a relatively short delivery date. two and a half weeks later I chased them to find out where my delivery was and they told me that they had no stock and therefore they wanted to cancel the order. At no point did they try and communicate with me over those weeks. The item was shown as in stock on their website. Not acceptable.

We were recommended to L E Concepts and were not disappointed. The salesman was very good helpful without being pushy. We bought it on the Saturday & it was installed on Monday. The lad who installed it could not have been more helpful. Would certainly use them again. Prices are competitive.

Placed an order with LEConcepts over the weekend as the price of the item was very competitive. The order was processed very quickly and the item delivered within a couple of days.

I had my eye on a LG Object Collection Pose OLED TV for a number of months and nowhere stocked it as competitively priced as Leconcepts.

Fast delivery and great customer service when i had to contact them on discovering the BD Player arrived and wouldn't power on. They quickly diagnosed a faulty power adapter and sent a replacement which arrived next day and all was working. Would highly recommend.
