My wife and I recently visited Penshurst craft fair and we’re very impressed with Karl and Helen’s products. The lightbox was a stand out stall for us at the craft fair. We purchased a light box and asked Karl if he could print some of our photos so we could make it more personal. We sent Karl some images by email after the craft fair as we wanted to take some time to select out best photos. Karl replied immediately and has gone above and beyond to send them to us. Great product with great service. Look forward to ordering some more photos to add in the near future.

I bought a light box for my daughter with some extra inserts (too much choice!). It was very pretty when lit up, the only problem being it kept turning itself on of its own accord! However, I got in touch with the company and they sent a replacement back for the light box with no quibbles at all. Solved the problem and my daughter is super happy with the light box.

We bought a couple of Ledboxframes recently which our children were instantly attracted to. There have been a couple of technical glitches and the customer service has been exemplary. Apparently version 3 is on the way and we'd certainly be interested in those. Great to see innovative products coming to market from British micro businesses.

The box frame is amazing and the children soon worked out how to change the colours and the glow. Just the job for helping them to sleep at bedtime. A great idea and a professional service, this will be an excellent Christmas present !
