AVOID THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS AT ALL COSTS - THIEVING SCOUNDRELS - WHO JUST DON'T CARE. I purchased 20 LED decking lights from them during lockdown and when the small parcel arrived i didn't open it as we were in full lockdown and the project could not be completed. i put the parcel with the decking and waited. When i eventually opened the bag there was only 1 box of 10 LED lights in. i then contacted LED Central (admittedly 6 months later) and asked them to look into it and ship the missing box of 10 lights - simple request really!!!! Oh how wrong you would be.
Been told that i don't exist on their system and did i actually buy from them, then they say they package both boxes in 1 bag (impossible as the bag the 1 box came in is not big enough) - i have had countless arguments and 20+ photos to show that everything they say is a bare faced lie. From the eBay order to the paypal payment, to the small bag with 1 box and proof it came from them i have provided everything but they still maintain i am not on their system. i have opened cases with eBay and Paypal - next stop is HMRC and their accountant for not keeping accurate customer records and possible money laundering (why else would you not have customer records??) -
Save your money and stress and buy from elsewhere which has positive reviews which can be backed up. I still have no decking down because i need these lights to install in the decking before it is all screwed down.
