The product order does not fit…
The product order does not fit correctly and no way around the seatbelt post
Two items were ordered. Only one has been shipped and received. The other order is still sitting in their warehouse with a UPS tag waiting to be picked up.
Need to return the product and they are charging 10 to 50% restocking fee. They are charging for return shipping and yet they charge me for international charges from ordering with them and they never even said that on their website. Their website states they are in California but yet they charge me an international charge on my credit card.
Trying to get a hold of them on the 800 number is a joke
Update: sent in all the requested information & photos, have reached out twice for an update via the email and still waiting on a response. We are now into November. Definitely lacking in customer service. 800 number- same as before. Highly do not recommend this company !!
