The best self custodial cold wallet operation on earth.

I Purchased Ledger Nano S Plus because it's supposed to be android compatable. While setting up device a OS update is available and necessary. Ledger has a problem with Android update and instructed me to use pc to update which I dont have. I contacted support personnel and asked for a updated device to be sent to me. Only options available were update on pc or refund. Ledger doesn't seem to be cooperative to me. If Ledger Nano S Plus can't be setup on Android and needs pc to operate it is not Andoid compatable. This is false advertising. Im attempting to work with Ledger for a reasonable solution but evidently one does not exist.
I already changed android display settings to smallest possible still didn't work. I purchased device to work completely with android. Only pc I have is older laptop 32 bit. Ledger only supports 64. Borrowing someone else's computer is out of the question. In my case Ledger is NOT android compatable, I cant setup and use device with my Samsung tablet or Samsung phone. I contacted Ledger support and asked for device with OS already updated but was denied.

Excellent customer service, with quick understanding and triage. While there was an issue with package shipment, it was turned around quickly and back on the way to me.

Have 2 Ledger Nano S Plus for years. Still have all my crypto. So yes, I feel they are reliable.

My ledger flex was easy to navigate and when I had questions, customer service was patient and very helpful. I do wish they would post more how to videos to move crypto on and off different exchanges.

Cool, the biggest company in cold wallets, but you can't even build a damn app like EVERY SINGLE COMPANY manages to do. When you press a button in the app, it takes forever for the shitty thing to react, and on top of that, there are occasional Bluetooth dropouts. After updates, you have to partially reset the device all over again... SERIOUSLY? Now I'm stuck in the bootloader and have to somehow repair it again? Yeah, that works SUUUPER. Why are you still living in the Stone Age? Take a look at Tangem. No stupid cold wallet updates or storage limitations? What utter bullshit... On my Tangem card, I can load whatever the hell I want... I regret every single cent I gave you because you don't deserve a goddamn one.

Bought a ledger for 300 euro now it won’t update I can not press retry and custumor service is not available even if I say “agent” so my device is now at risk of being hacked. I do not recommend anybody to buy something from ledger because it is NOT SAFE TO USE because you VAN NOT UPDATE YOUR HARDWALLET!!!

Hello yes now contact is possible. I already did those things. So please contact me I already made a ticket but like I said no answer also not with your fantastic robot asked for an agent many many many times. So a waste of my money this ledger flex even if all my friends already told me to get a TREZOR what I also gonna do. Mine is broke and I don’t trust this device any more. So again please don’t buy the ledger flex you WILL LOSE EVERYTHING. thank me later

I’m new to crypto I made a mistake. I sent my crypto from Coinbase to my ledger, nano X, but I use the wrong network. Coinbase couldn’t do anything about it. I finally got to speak with somebody from your guys’s team. Explain to him that I was new to crypto and he literally walked me step-by-step until I got it done and he was an amazing person and his name was Andy I didn’t get his last name but Andy, he’s a great guy.

I bought a Ledger Nano S+. Easy to set up. Easy to use. If you follow all the instructions along the way, the money is 100% safe.

Years of flawless operation. I've had 2 NanoX devices for a couple of years now. I've been using them as a cold storage wallet with no issues at all. I've seen some bad reviews here, so I just wanted to chime in and say that I've had nothing but positive experience. The product is indeed a bit challenging to use compared to other wallets I have, but it's very secure as a result.

I came to Ledger for off-line long-term storage for my Bitcoin. It's reputation for security is impeccable. I started out several years ago with the basic X model and recently switched to the more advanced and easier to use Flex model.

The Ledger Support team was able to identify the root cause of my issue quickly and comprehensively. The team even followed up after my issue was resolved to ensure there were no new questions. All Support Desks should implement Ledger's support model.

i had a secux v20 and found it was ok (had no problems with it) except it could not hold all of my coins (my fault i didn't check first but I was new and had no idea what I was doing) ) so I looked for a more effective wallet - after researching all of them I chose the ledger flex because of its physical appearance (i like its looks) and the coins it can hold then after using it I have found that the ledger flex app is excellent - give so much information and is simple to use and understand - it gives so many options - I found it to be much better information wise than anything else I have used - its excellent and I haven't found any negative issues so far - i also like opening up the app and being able to see where I am with everything without having to connect my Flex wallet - I really like it and I'm very happy
