These products are absolutely not as robust as they appear. I have had five different models recently and all of them have failed in less than three months. I’m an electrician and always keep a torch in my tool pouch, but it seems that moving around too much and going up and down ladders is all it takes for these things to start flickering constantly or dimming down to nothing. I am massively frustrated at having spent so much money on these things and I beg you if you are a tradesperson please do not waste your money. These torches are clearly made for occasional domestic use only. Anything more demanding will destroy them.

Extremely expensive transport for such a small item (150% of the price). Extremely wasteful packaging used. The item did not arrive on the date given by UPS.

1.Ledlenser P7R Work Robust LED Torch - Bad product. Not functioning.
2.Ledlenser Company not responding to warranty claims

1. First off all this «durable» Ledlenser P7R Work Robust LED Torch stopped working after 6 months of light use. The light just wont power on. It was never dropped, submerged in water or something. Probably just cheap electronics inside.

2. After contacting Ledlenser Company (support@ledlenserhelp) they said that I must contact some man in Lithuania (although I do not live there) about broken light.
3. I emailed to Lendlenser advised person - and he said to sent my broken light to him. I did as instructed again. Sent by post, with all tracking numbers and receipts. 3 months no replies, even after emailing and asking about the situation.

Disappointed with Ledlenser product quality.

Update.
Finally Ledlenser replied and exchanged for new flashlight.
So at the end the end I am changing my rating from 1 to 3.

I had a problem with a product that I bought from one of their stores and they went over and beyond to correct the issue and resolve the matter , I'll forever sing their praise. Their customer service is amazing!

The company can improve by building products that last like they used to. My first ever Ledlenser lasted 13. I bought an equivalent replacement and I was extremely disappointed in the quality.

Having several ledlenser torches purchased in the past at considerable cost to other torches. I am disappointed in this premium product my tt tac police model which I only use while away in my caravan started to be erratic switching on and has now failed completely. The switch is part of the battery compartment and after contacting the company was directed to their spares replacement at a cost of £16 + £4.99 postage as I can purchase a similar rechargeable torch at a total cost of £10 it is the bin for this costly item. Why buy an expensive torch when it is no better than a cheaper one ? Quality item ? I don’t think so.

Just to let future buyers know there is a torch on the market called Rewind POWERED BY LEDLENSER for £11.99 makes you think ?

Ps looks like Lenser have a problem with failed switches but with replacements at £19.95 its a good little earner.

Buy Ledlenser torches at your peril. They do not age well. When my T7M started acting erratically - randomly switching off, giving a flat battery signal with new batteries 🔋- the company told me that most problems were fixed by replacing the battery case/switch. But that didn’t fix it. They then told me to check the batteries. Then they told me it was a pretty old torch, so… So, here’s the tip. Buy another brand, a much cheaper torch that won’t let you down simply because it’s ageing.

What a Perfect Service!

Dissapointing longevity of P3 mini which had the bulb fail in a few short years of very little use.
Given the quality materials one would think a bulb could be replaced but no it’s scrap !
Very dissapointing.

Following ledlenser reply re 7 year warranty. How may I seek assistance for my p3 which was a gift to me three years ago? Thank you.

My extremely powerful MH11 torch had an issue I caused and the customer service did more than they needed to. Extremely satisfied with the product and customer service.

This is the 4th product I have purchased from LedLenser. The reliability is excellent, design and engineering very well done, and deliveries when ordering, are prompt. Suffice it to say there is no need to improve, it's already top notch. Thanks LedLenser

Was gifted a T7 torch a few years ago, however I left some expired batteries and they damaged the plastic battery holder/cage.

I emailed Ledlenser and they refused to help or offer replacement parts to buy, then claimed that my torch was counterfeit? Who is counterfeiting torches? Absolute madness. Luckily ebay to the rescue for £12.00

I purchased a LED Lenser HF8R Head Lamp and was really impressed with the quality and functionality, I previously own many Led Lenser torches and just love the design and quality. The HF8R is a sealed unit which is waterproof shock resistant and outputs 1600 luminance, The modes are infra red, adaptive light mode and manual mode. The head strap is very comfortable with a removable pad at the front of the unit. I am really happy with this headlamp and will always continue to buy Led Lenser products just as long as they keep the consumer happy. The HF8R has a 7 year warranty including the battery, so what more can you ask for. The company is fantastic and listens to its customers. 1000% I will be buying more products from Led Lenser “A BIG THANK YOU”
