I accidentally ordered 2 of the same product when it looked like the payment hadn't gone through for the first so I wrote an email explaining the double order. It was dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. The strip lighting bought for my daughter's bedroom is of high quality and looks great. So good our youngest also wants some. A great company and I would highly recommend it.
