I ordered loungeset for my garden. The ordering and delivery process was smootha dn product appeared on-time. It was very easy to assemble. Look and feel of the loungeset is very good, however I am not that happy with the sturdiness of the product. Also, cushions could be better.

Update:
Called customer support again today because my order is nowhere to he seen and instead of answering my question and providing a solution they keept blaming POSTNL and hang up the call.

Ordered Le Sud modulaire loungeset Dordogne - antraciet/donkergrijs - 4-delig on 27th of May. On the website says delivered next day. After ordered it it was supposed to be dilever 2nd of June. Got a mail from PostNL and leen bakker in the morning that my packed will be delivered another day but after an hour I got delivery from post nl just half of the cushions. Called customer support, noone oicked up the phot after waiting fro 40 minutes. Got an email 4 hour later that my loungeset will be delivered in 3 different parcels but does not mention what exatly is on every parcel. In the link that i received for track and trace it says that post nl has not received it yet. The loungset was supposed to be delivered in one parcel. So after a week I have no idea when it will be delivered and so far I have only half of the cushions delivered.

I ordered 37 blue carpet tiles. Today I collected my order from the store.

Sadly few of tiles are looking bad because they are not in same color. This is really making me unhappy. I spent 3 hours in fixing the carpet tiles and now result is not looking good. I have attached the evidence. I am really expecting your help here. Please don't ask me to return it as I already have spent good amount of energy in sticking them together. I don't want to do again. Waiting to hear from you guys!!

!!!!!Worst helpdesk and service ever!!!!!
Hi ordered 2 garden seats via Leen Bakker from one of there partners. One of the seats was broken and contacted Leen Bakker to have it replaced.
I had to wait 50 minutes to reach their helpdesk to hear that I had to reach out to their partner because it wasn't a product from Leen Bakker directly. The person I talked to was not willing to help.
I then called the parner who picked up in less than 2 minutes and told me it was actually another service of Leen Bakker that usually takes care of this but that she would help me in the procedure.
Leen Bakker never again!!!!!

They do delivery in time, they have nice people working there and you can find almost what you want. I dont have anything negative to say right now.

I ordered a teak dining table order number CO9368079630, table is broken in to half just after a week, customer care people responded very promptly in facebook messenger and replaced new table

Ordered a bed frame at the store. Order has arrived at agreed delivery date/time. Delivery guys notified in advance about their arrival, delivered to the apartment, were very friendly and helpful. Everything was in good condition and clean. Overall I’m happy with the experience, would recommend it.

Products and prices are good.
The problem is you co-operate with PostNL and they are terrible. In the website when i ordered it was mentioned that i will have my item delivered the next day. And thats was Monday 30 January. Monday nothing was even delivered to PostNL from your side. After contacting customer support they told me that it will be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday i got an email from PostNL that i will get my item between a specific time frame in the afternoon. I took a half day off from work to wait for my item and after waiting and waiting, i got another email saying that “unfortunately they are not able to deliver and i will get my item on Wednesday. So again i had to take half day off and i am still here waiting for 3 hours for my purchase.
To sum up, when you mention in a sale that the purchased item is going to be delivered next day, then make goddamn sure that it will be. Both from your side to the carrier and from the carrier to the customer!

I like that I have the option of shopping in the stores (with friendly staff who are happy to speak English because I do not speak Dutch (yet!)) and on the website which is simple to navigate. I do not own a car so it's great that the shopping experience is easy either way, and I can get my order delivered promptly. I have purchased a bed, sofa bed, dining set and most recently a bookcase all from Leen Bakker. I am really happy with the look and quality - a great value for the price!
