I have been trying to contact Leerdo regarding my purchase but no one will reply to my emails… I’ve since contacted PayPal and opened a case. So disappointed in Leerdos lack of contact regarding my expensive purchase. I’m feeling scammed and thinking this may not be a legitimate company. Thank god I paid via PayPal!!

Purchased Playstation 5 Digital online. Received tracking after 10 business days. They shipped my order express. Provided great customer service over the phone. Highly recommend Leerdo.

I did an online order and had trouble figuring out sizing and their customer service team helped me choose the right one over the phone. I decided on the Nike Pink Velvet Dunks. Ordered and delivered on time. Customer service and product was excellent. I would purchase from them again

I ordered the highly priced PS5 Disc Console with Additional Controller (it was extra for the additional controller). It took almost 2 weeks before the unit was actually dispatched and to be far, the courier service was exceptionally fast. Despite numerous emails to Leerdo requesting updates to my order I received nothing in return. Tried to call them on a mobile number which was never answered. Anyway, to add icing to the cake, the additional controller wasn't sent with the console and again, no replies to the numerous emails I have sent them asking them whether they are going to a) refund the difference or b) send my controller I paid for. So, I have now placed the matter in the hands of Afterpay. I will never use Leerdo again for any purchase, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I read the response from Leerdo shortly after I had posted the original review. Yes, I had a missed call from them on the day that they said. I called them back on the following day and spoke to one of their sales team (no name was given). I was told that the controller was being dispatched from a different location and that he would speak to the staff who look after that part of the business (that was 21 November). It is now 06 December.....still no controller and no follow up phone calls to advise when it will be delivered. Afterpay are handling this and I will be seeking full refund of the difference. Leerdo are not to be trusted with your order or your money. Totally unreliable and dishonest with the excuses they give. If you haven't got the stock then say so........Like I said before, I will NEVER use you again nor will EVER recommend you to anyone. Crap business ethics.....you do not deserve to be trading to be honest

Had an email from Leerdo on the 06/12/21 (not a coincidence that was the date of my last updated review) stating that my extra controller had been dispatched and gave me a CourierPlease tracking number. It is now the 14th. On checking the CourierPlease Tracking website, the number Leerdo gave me doesn't exist, nor does exist on any other mail delivery website. Unbelievable shonky business. I hope these guys get ripped off over Christmas the way I have been.

Bought PS5 from Leerdo online. Wait time is 7-10 business days. Received tracking and they shipped express. Highly recommended.

Received my PS5 Disc Version after 14 business days. It was 100% legit and unopened + brand new.

If you do not want to read my entire review, the cliff notes are that you should buy a ps5 from Leerdo. You will get your console but it may take 2-3 weeks. Use PayPal or the finance options for Buyer Protection if you feel worried. However you will not get scammed, this is a legit Australian business with an ABN & a physical storefront in Melbourne.

Leerdo advertised 5-7 day processing time at the time of my order but instead took 11 business days before the courier picked up my PS5. However, it only took 3 business days to be delivered by Couriers Please so their shipping is A+.

My main issue is that I had to continuously chase them by email for updates when my order wasn't shipped after the 7 days max advertised for processing. I understand it is covid but not telling me it's going to be delayed is a bit slack & unprofessional. Some of their emails were well written and articulate but others were very brief like someone replying to a text.

My only issue with Leerdo is their communication standards and their processing times BUT they have updated there advertised processing times to 7-10 days now so it is more accurate for customer expectations. So if they can improve their communication standards in regards to keeping customers up to date with their orders they would be A+++ to me.

My PS5 arrived in a large box with plenty of padding to keep the box free from damage. The PS5 inside was 100% brand new, sealed in its box. It was one of the new PS5 versions that Sony changed the internals for & fixed issues so that was a bonus.

Leerdo do care about their customers and they do make sure the item you get is the item you paid for.

Do not be afraid of being scammed. The negative reviews on this site are dodgy AF and do not accurately reflect Leerdo at all. The negative reviews seem to just be people overreacting or straight up lying as Leerdo couldn't even find their order numbers in their system so I would personally advise people to focus on the POSITIVE reviews which are growing by the day. Also remember you can always contact Consumer Affairs Victoria or the ACCC for any issues.

Best sneaker head store in Melbourne! If they don't got it (unlikely) they'll get it... and quick!

Leerdo has always provided me with excellent customer service. As they always have stocked up with the most current hype items from sneakers, streetwear and consoles. With my latest cop from Leerdo, an Essentials hoodie. They were very helpful in helping me decide what size fit the best.
