It has been weeks that I am sending you the copy of my Passport and Driving Licence to get approval for issuing the Amazon vouchers. And every time it is refused with no explanation.

This is not acceptable; the school is closing on Thursday and we have to give the gift to our teachers.

Your call center does not work and you do not reply my emails; is this a fraud company?????????? I will never ever use again and tell everyone about the hassle I am dealing with.

I sent the copy of my driving licence again yesterday so that you can activate the vouchers immediately.

You consumed my time and put me in a very very difficult position in front of all other parents.

Do something now.

Terrible expercience. Defenetly NOT recommended. Impossible to get the money transfered to the final destionation. Same as all the other comments below. Need to fill out 1000 forms (which i guess is good to protect the contributors) but even if you provide them with all the 1000 forms and documents, they still wont let you withdraw the money pot. The fees are ridicilous as well for the service they provide. Absolutelly terrible organisation and should be ashamed to promote themselfe of doing something good. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!

I started a Leetchi pot for our teachers Christmas gifts and despite my profile having been verified - I am still waiting on 1x Amazon gift voucher to be sent to me.

Can someone from Leetchi please get in touch with me (issue ref: 1245544), I have emailed three times most recently yesterday, using the help leetchi email address and I am still waiting to hear back? It has been a week since this voucher should have been issued. The pot was spent on 6 vouchers and I have only received 5. All details were sent on email set out very clearly for your team to action and resolve.

I now need the voucher urgently to ensure I meet my deadline.

This is not just my money, other parents have contributed and I feel responsible for it. Friends are telling me they had issues with Leetchi, which is worrying! I am getting quite frustrated now. It should have been resolved days ago and I keep having to chase.

I started a Leetchi pot for a work colleague who is leaving, I have sent off a photo of my passport so my profile can be verified yesterday, however after reading all of the reviews on here I am really concerned that it is now going to take a really long time to withdraw the money and my colleague leaves next week.
Can someone from Leetchi please get in touch with me, I have emailed twice yesterday, once on your website and once using the help leetchi email address but have not heard anything back. I will need the money to be withdrawn into my account by this weekend to purchase gifts before she leaves.

This is not just my money, other work colleagues have contributed and I feel responsible for it. Other work colleagues told me they had issues with Leetchi, I wish they had told me before I went ahead and setup this money pot! :-( I am very very worried now.

I used Leetchi to start a collection for a work colleague. When I created the account I took a picture of my passport straight away to verify the account, however more than 4 weeks later I can't take the money out and there seems to be an error loading the page where my ID is held and no-one is responding to my emails. I paid for the collection present out of my own pocket and just want to transfer this money out and never use this company again. Why is it so hard?

Super easy handling to donate money

Outdated software, so clunky to use, money doesn't come in reasonable time after closing the the pot and the charge is a criminal amount on fundraising, use alternatives like lydia who charge less.

I am seriously worried now, I raised a money pot for my colleague’s going away gift and I gifted the money to her but she could not transfer it to her bank account.
I’ve sent numerous emails to Leetchi they answered in the beginning but after that they are no longer answering. I tried calling them for many days but no one is answering at all.

I don’t know what to do anymore but one thing’s for sure, I will never use this company in the future.

@ Leetchi, please solve this issue.

While response from Leetchi takes a lot of time, I’m happy to update that the issue is now fixed. We managed to transfer the money to the recipient.

I am really disappointed and concerned. I tried without any success to retrieve my money. I have tried many times to contact contact services and have had no response. I have now tried to send the money on to where it was due to go and they also cannot access it. Where is the money? And how do we get access to it?

EDIT: ID card was not accepted or even uploaded. I tried to upload my passport and it got accepted. Maybe it's a bug with that specific type of document. Customer service answered my email in short time suggesting other solutions.

After raising money for the birthday of a friend, I am trying to upload my ID card since two weeks. It worked only once and it was rejected because incomplete (even tho I followed the instructions) and now, when I try to upload the document, the page remains in loading for hours, without giving any sign that the document has been uploaded.

As the birthday is in less than a week and we wanted to use money to buy the gift online, it is very annoying not being able to use them before the birthday.

There is apparently no way to contact directly the customer support, I tried to send an email to the "help" email address but did not have an answer yet. Same goes for the contact form available on their website.

I'm very disappointed. Colleagues opened a pot having in mind a special online partner that was listed under Leetchi's partners and now I dont have the option to spend the money with an online partner. I simply have the option to give the money to the person directly or to make a bank wire. I sent a request but no answer.

I keep getting charges with a description of MGP*LEETCHI.COM on my card. So far there are 6. 4 of them for $0.58 and 2 for $1.17. I want my information deleted and the charges refunded.

For the 3rd time I have received a notification that my bank transfer is "unsuccessfull"
I have the feeling that Leetchi is using our money.
They keep asking me for the same information that I have already provided 3 times this week to Amelia and the rest of the team.
**** You need to understant that this money pot is for a sick widow and it is vital that the transfer is achieved as soon as possible. ****
I will keep adding a low rate until I get a solution to this case. And otherwise I will need to report this case to the police.

How on earth is this company still trading? And where are the positive reviews? Scams, all of them. Worst experience of my life and I warned people repeatedly, yet LEETCHI continues its gross mismanagement of YOUR MONEY! STOP using them....starve them of the oxygen which is allowing them to continue to trade....YOUR MONEY!

This website is complete rubbish. Don't use it!

I created a pot for my best friend's babyshower. We had issues even just resetting the password and getting weird error pages which I thought was odd considering everything should be running smoothly these days. Anyway, eventually sorted it and managed to get in.

When we've gone to transfer the actual money to her account we get an error that says 'this page does not exist' after entering the bank details. How on earth does a company that's sole purpose to collect and distribute money not have the ability to transfer that money out seamlessly?? It's 2020 for gods sakes, hire some developers who know what they're doing!

After reading the reviews here I can see that it's an ongoing issue with the website and my advice would be - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Get people to transfer directly to your paypal or something that's legitimate because my guess is this website is not. It's complete rubbish. I do not have the money yet and am waiting for a reply from customer service. I will continue to post on social media and review sites until it's resolved.

Honestly I am impressed, you guys are good ! 1 euro fee per donation, 4% out of the total amount, taking time to give the money to make more profits. How much money do you guys make per year ?
Sadly last time I'll donate, doesn't serve the cause, crazy isn't it ?

This is very urgent. My tenant support group collected money for a tenant family in trouble. I then gifted her this money pot. Now she cannot transfer the money to her bank account. As a last resort, she tried transferring the money to my bank account so that I could then give her the money. That failed too. I need to speak with someone urgently NOW. Otherwise I am going to have to report this theft to all the contributors who will then presumably take their own action, ie report this transaction as a fraud. Waiting for someone to contact me immediately. I sent you the email below yesterday. I will give you 15 minutes to reply and then I am going to have to inform the contributors to the fund that you have stolen the tenant's money.

Time of sending email - 10:37 on the 25th August, 2020. At 10:52 I will be informing all the members of my group of this despicable behaviour. My group numbers nearly 4000 members. Incidentally people in the group recommended Leetchie. What a betrayal of trust.

"to write the purpose of your collection in the description of your moneypot so that your transfer request can be accepted (the description can be found below the illustration photo)."

Does Leetchie know its own website? Does it know that I cannot possibly edit anything now because I have gifted the money pot to the tenant in distress? Does Leetchie also not know that the tenant cannot change anything I wrote either?

Please resolve the problem now. Enough with your asking of the impossible, knowing that it is impossible.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I signed up to Leetchi! As soon as I go to the bank transfer page, I get an error message saying the page does not exist!! From looking at the reviews on here, it has been happening to people all year! Absolutly disgusting, so are you basically stealing peoples money then and keeping it for yourselfs? Absolute con! I have contacted them via email and have not received a response. If I don't recieve my money soon I will be going to the Obudsman. Please respond otherwise I will be taking legal action.

Update: After complaining via email and on several social media accounts, the customer service team responded promplty and asked me to provide bank details and identification. My money was then transferred and received he next working day. Although I still feel the website needs fixing urgently and it seems odd that this hasn't been fixed when it has been down for such a long period of time, the customer service team were prompt and the site was useful for it's intended purpose, which is why I have upgraded my rating.

Leetchi used to work fine for me but in the past month or so, it won't let me transfer my funds. I have hundreds of pounds in Leetchi now and it keeps giving me an Error page when I try and take the money out. This is really terrible and they need to act fast to fix it - it's definitely been weeks (if not a few months now) that I've been trying...
