Obsolete currency quickly converted
I had some obsolete currency from a previous holiday and this was one of only a couple of companies prepared to accept it. I found it easy to find out the value of my money (which was not the case with the other company) and found the whole process quick and easy. I was given regular updates and, once they had received my money, the transaction was very quick and the converted money was soon in my bank account. Very pleased with the service from start to finish.

Very easy process
Very easy process and finally rid of all the random notes and coins! They accepted one coin I could not match online, lovely customer service. Prompt payment of the value to me. Only issue I had was locating the London collection point, the post code points to the wrong place on Regent Street, had to call to clarify where the collection office.
