Straight-talking, very personable and clearly knows her stuff. Within minutes, I had a clear plan on a problem that had been giving me sleepless nights for months! 10/10 recommend.

Nik was easy to talk to. She gave clear advice which left me feeling empowered. There was something so comforting in talking to someone who really knows the struggle of family separation and the issues that coparent brings. We had 50 mins to get through it but I could have talked with Nik for hours. What an inspiration lady.
I couldn’t recommend LegallyNik more highly. I found her during a time when I was completely lost and left with a small baby to care for in a high conflict situation. I had been let down by other companies that had taken a lot of my money without any real guidance, support or care. LegallyNik gave me the opposite. She understood me and the trauma I’d experienced and told me the truth clearly and calmly whilst validating my experience. She then helped me with my position statement which was excellent as well as preparation for my cafcas call and first hearing. I honestly could not have gotten through that time without her. She was the calm in the storm and even though I have legal aid now, I’ll continue to book in with her throughout the whole process because she is so valuable to me.
Nik has such a steady, reassuring presence.
What I appreciate most is not just her knowledge of the law, but the way she helps me think clearly when I’m overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted. Being able to run things past someone who genuinely understands both the legal side and the emotional reality of these situations has been invaluable.
Her guidance, advice and insight give me so much reassurance. There have been so many moments where I’ve felt panicked or unsure and having Nik there as a trusted sounding board has made a huge difference. She has a really calm, warm way about her whilst also being incredibly knowledgeable and sharp.
I trust her completely and honestly don’t know how I would have navigated certain situations without her support.
I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
I had been watching Nik online for a long time, not realising that one day I would need her support. My first session with Nik felt like I had the space to share all the details of my situation, I felt held and trusted I was in the hands of someone who could really guide me on my next steps. When we met again for a second session, it was clear that she was able to look at my circumstance from all angles and be able to pick out what was going to be the most helpful lens to base my position from. I would highly recommend working with Nik if you are looking for clear guidance and a judgment-free space. I also know that I will be continuing to work with Nik in the future when I need the confidence to move forward with clarity in my case. Thank you Nik. You are doing God’s work.
After seeing one of Nik’s videos on Instagram I knew I had to book a consultation with her. I was working with another legal professional at the time but knew it wasn’t right.
From the moment I met her, I instantly felt in safe hands. I felt completely lost, panicked and scared about how to navigate what I learned to be a very complex case through family court. Nik was there every step of the way, she’s
Trauma informed and really understood my experiences and validated so many of my feelings. She was really clear with what to expect throughout the process. managed expectations and passed on her wealth of knowledge. She wrote my statements for me which actually helped to focus my mind on what we were hoping to get out of each hearing.
I could say so many things about this wonderful kind woman, there are a huge amount of processionals in this field with crazy fee structures who exploit people in vulnerable situations who just need guidance and help. Nik is making this kind of advice more accessible. You can tell she cares deeply for her clients and getting the right result. Thankfully my daughter and I are both safe after getting a no contact order. She quite literally saved us.
I have been working with Nik for over a year now and she was the angel I didn’t know I needed. My proceedings are ongoing but with her skillset and experience I have made it this far without giving up. Her specialism around children and their welfare really shines through, as well as her support as she guides you through the processes as a parent. I honestly think if I’d have worked with anyone else I would not have got this far. I trust Nik to give honest advice and guidance and she always goes above and beyond. She’s a gem.
I’m about to go into round 2 of family courts, the last time nearly broke me, but this time I feel so much more settled, the difference this time being that I have Nik helping me. She’s been there whenever I’ve needed her, even at short notice and when I’ve had moments of distress, she’s messaged me support that’s calmed me right down.
I will never ever forget how much she’s helped me, and in so many ways, she’s been the making of me, and she helped me heal.
She really cares and she pours her absolute soul into helping safe parents.
Working with LegallyNik was an incredibly positive and reassuring experience. She took the time to understand my situation properly, including the history, the safeguarding concerns, the emotional impact, and the wider context of the court proceedings. The witness statement and allegations she prepared were extremely thorough, clear, and well-structured, while still sounding like me and reflecting my lived experience accurately. The quality of her work made a real difference — my legal team said it was the best witness statement they had seen, and I felt that it covered everything that needed to be said in a way that was both powerful and appropriate for court. Her support helped me feel far more confident, organised, and compliant with what was expected of me, especially at a time when the process felt overwhelming and emotionally difficult. I felt properly supported, heard, and guided throughout. I would absolutely recommend LegallyNik to anyone who needs help preparing for family court, especially where the issues are complex, sensitive, or emotionally difficult to explain.
Nik is absolutely incredible. I’ve had experience with many family solicitors and barristers and no one compares. Her expertise is amazing and not only that but she is trauma informed and compassionate and understanding. There is no one who I would trust more or recommend to others.
UPDATE:
Following my original review, Nik did contact me to explain the cancellation and we had what I thought was a respectful and mature exchange. I acknowledged that emergencies happen and don’t think I needed to know the details. What I needed was a follow-up on when I could get support. Equally, I explained why the cancellation had such a significant impact on me given the urgent safeguarding concerns. I believed the conversation had ended on good terms and was surprised to find myself blocked from her social media channel.
My review still remains focused on the service I received. A last-minute cancellation during an urgent family court matter, with no alternative appointment, referral, or replacement date offered at the time or even after following up several times. I still feel future clients would benefit from clearer contingency arrangements when emergencies arise.
****
I booked an appointment nearly 3 weeks in advance for urgent family court and safeguarding advice. The matter involved active court proceedings and major safeguarding concerns of a child.
Unfortunately, the appointment was cancelled at short notice on the day. I had already explained the urgency and seriousness of the situation, but I was not provided with any advice or an offer of a replacement appointment. I was simply directed to look at future availability, which was not until June (we're in first week of May).
A refund was offered, which I appreciate, but the cancellation left me without legal guidance at a critical point and meant I'm now having to urgently find alternative advice elsewhere.
Given the nature of the service and the apparent focus on supporting single families in difficult circumstances, I found the lack of contingency or practical support very disappointing. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, but in urgent family law matters, reliability, communication and timely alternatives are essential.
Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
