My husband is really happy with everything we ordered from Legend London. The trousers and T-shirts fit perfectly, and he was especially impressed with the quality and comfort. He even called me after trying them on to tell me how comfortable the trousers were and how lightweight they felt.
We did have an issue with one item being out of stock due to a system error, but Houda handled everything brilliantly. She responded quickly, explained the situation clearly, and arranged a replacement in a different colour at my request. She kept me updated throughout the process and provided tracking as soon as the replacement was shipped.

The reviews about this company put me off buying for a considerable amount of time. So recently I decided to contact support to express my concerns because, the clothing from Legend London, from the pictures, looked good quality.
I came in contact with Mubashir who was more than helpful understood my concerns, we talked over sizing and what would fit my person the best. Following the conversations I was eager to buy.
When the package came, there was an issue, I had received a wrong item. I contacted Mubashir, and as soon as they got to their mail that morning, they immediately processed getting that sorted in the event I wanted to return, and it was at no cost to myself!

I think a lot of the reviews here are people immediately rushing to leave one after something not going right, rather than contacting support first.

My advice is, if you have questions, contact support first. They sorted me out, and I would not have bought entirely, had I not spoken with Mubashir initially. Huge help, thank you! I even made a second order.

I'd recommend the 2026 spring/ summer textured shorts and shirt collection, alongside their overshirts. Very comfortable.

It was lovely to deal with Legend London. I ordered my son three items. My son needed the side up and dealing with customer service was a pleasure. I sent an email and Mubashir replied within the hour and organised my return. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who acted so professionally and got the job done. Thank you Mubashir you went above and beyond. Looking forward to receiving the two new items which I have already had an email to say they are on the way ☺️

I purchased a pair of trainers for £45 plus £3.99 postage. These trainers are retailing 3 weeks later for £75… The quality was poor and so I sent them back immediately. It took over 2 weeks from the date of the parcel being sent back to issue a refund. Good marketing, poor quality product.

Quality was ok but sizing poor and when returned couldn’t get returns portal to work on mobile device eventually had to use laptop wanted to exchange for a larger size but they still wanted me to pay £5.85 return postage then was refunded minus 3.99 shipping and 1.99 postage protection? This all seems odd to me customer service just kept telling me there was nothing wrong with returns portal so not a great experience unfortunately

T-shirts are amazing great quality material and Kathleen on customer services helped me change an order after selecting the wrong size by mistake keep up the good work

Small issue at checkout and all resolved quickly with no fuss, that’s how you build a reputation as a trustworthy business and get loyal customers

Had my exchanged item arrive today (XL premium white tshirt). Got to say I am very impressed by not only the help I got sorting it and the speed it was done but the actual item is great quality and perfect fit. Really nice work you’ve done there.! Being a bigger athletic man the fit is great with it being a bit loose round the mid section and a nice fit around shoulders, arms & chest.

Will definitely be buying more legend items in the very near future.

I initially had a disappointing experience with Legend London regarding my return and refund. However, I want to update my review because Rachael from the customer service team handled my complaint professionally and took the time to listen to my concerns.

She resolved the issue in a fair and friendly manner, which completely changed my impression of the company. It is clear that Legend London values customer satisfaction and is willing to make things right when problems arise.

Mistakes can happen with any company, but what really matters is how they respond afterwards. In my case, the customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciate the effort Rachael made to ensure a positive outcome.

The T-shirts are very nice quality and I like how tight the neck hole is. Many shirts are not like that and stretch out after a single wear. I had an issue with my delivery but Lei from customer service was super helpful and was able to resolve it pretty quickly. I'm from the US so the suggested size charts were a bit off for me (I had to size up from the suggested size) but I wish the size exchange program extended to the US.

Amazing company, I had a slight issue with the jeans size. My fault I ordered the wrong size but somebody called Houda corrected before my order was sent out to me. Very fast delivery.

Ordered trainers, money taken from me, and nothing sent. Their email simply said the order had not been fulfilled. Nothing further, no confirmed delivery date. PayPal intervened and money refunded. Conplete waste of time and clearly selling goods they dont have or don't intend sending.

Fantastic service from start to finish, ordered some trousers for an upcoming wedding but unfortunately they were too big. Got in touch with customers service and was dealt with by Waqar who was absolutely brilliant. Advised me to send them straight back and exchange for a smaller size, he advised me to send a copy of my return label to and he would pass it on to the return department so my new size could be sent back to me promptly. All completed in a week and plenty of time for the wedding. The pants are a great fit as well so an added bonus, could not recommend any higher and I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks again Waqar you have put my faith back in what good customer service looks like.
