legendURN Reviews

Thank you. Appreciate the early communication when we ordered.

The process to order the product is very easy, answers queries fast and delivery was very fast. Thank you!

I ordered the Amethyst keepsake urn and it is gorgeous. Fast shipping here to the states too.

Got the urn for my daughter today and it looks really nice. Easy to order and easy delivery
Thankyou

The urns that they offer are less traditional and more unique than what you can find anywhere else. Their prices are also very reasonable. I will be bringing the urn home until I can decide what to do with my relative's ashes and i don't believe it will be easing identified as an urn.

I was extremely satisfied with the memorial marker that you created for me. The design and sending it to me for approval before making it was perfect. The time from my approval was a very fast turnaround and shipped very quick. I would highly recommend your services to anyone! Thanks for an outstanding job!

The pendent was beautiful and worth the wait

This was a very easy & smooth transaction. I can't believe how quickly I received my urns. Thank you so much.

The urn is beautiful. Quick shipping for being international. Customs had questions about “what it was” but Legend dealt with it immediately and I had my package the NEXT DAY! Would HIGHLY recommend.

The urn we received was absolutely beautiful. It will make a stunning final resting place for my beloved pet.

My moms new tiny home, as I call it is very beautiful. Thank you we love it.

Awesome! I read some of the reviews and I was on the fence about spending the amount I did. I received my order in what seemed like 2 weeks. Great work and service and would recommend!

Overall very happy from beginning to end. Customer service was excellent, product received was very well packed, the quality and workmanship was great. Definetely would recommend.

Original designs, quality items, fully personalized, customer service and follow up is amazing, great communication, fast delivery, very well conditioned. Highly recommended.

The urn was beautifully crafted & brought tears to our eyes, seeing our son’s remains in the heart for the first time. It was definitely worth the wait!

Beautifully made. Perfect size.

At this moment in time I am disgusted by this company. My father passed away and we bought an urn. For the past few weeks apparently its stuck in transit, my mum now needs to pay money for it to be shipped and then email and resolve the issue herself and then claim the money back. We originally thought it a scam. Hoped the company would resolve as not the clients issue apparently not they can't send the money as they don't own a bank card. Really!!! So thing it's about 70quid or so extra to pay. Then send all info through. I get mistakes are made but really my dad's urn and you won't take any ownership. Not happy at all. Don't put yourself through the stress. Not recommended

I still have not received my purchases.it has been weeks since I got a notice saying they were shipped. But they have not yet arrived. So I can’t say if the product is any good. But the service is terrible.

Words cannot describe! Better then I anticipated! Unbelievable!!!
