The urn was more than I expected, it was very beautiful

I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about buying an urn online, but no other site had anything close to what I wanted, so I decided to proceed with the order. THe ordering process was easy. when my order shiopped, tracking was accurate and when I received the urn it met all of my expectations.

Being in the USA, at first I was a little hesitant to make such a purchase from overseas BUT after LegendURN responded to all my emails thoughtfully and quickly I knew and trusted LegendURN was the way to go!

My item is exactly how it is pictured quality is everything I hoped it would be. I was concerned because of the price but so happy with the product and shipping was just as great I am extremely glad I bought it

I guess I didn't really understand the measurements that were listed about my item... I don't know why you would make an urn (animal) that is SOOOOO SMALL that it in no way can hold even half your animals' ashes, and the price for that small thing was WAY TOO MUCH, I would send it back, but I don't have time for all your stupid requirements for the return. Has to be in original box have to print and fill out form, make sure to pay for insurance to cover the return item cost in case you never receive it, which just tells me your company has had issues in the past with "not receiving" the item and people have complained. When you ship out the items there should be a return form in the box and we shouldn't have to reuse the same box the box it came is was all crushed so why would I wasn't to use that to return item. So im not returning but when someone asked my I will not give you a good review.

Just received my order this past week while in Alaska- thank you for the delivery

The product is not functioning its primary use. The closure does not fit properly causing the bottom to have a curved and not sit stably. I've reached out and received no support with this.

Additionally the shipping time was over 14 days.

I was looking for something small to hold some of my Moms ashes. She loved owls, this small urn was perfect. It exceeded my expectations, it was beautifully made.

Thank you for the beautiful elephant pendant. We ordered and received within six business days. The shipping was from FedEx to Canada and was one day behind, but not the fault of anyone, just happens.
My one only issue was I was unaware of the shipping information as it was not provided until I made contact with company, but not a huge issue.
My fault was thinking a necklace was included, but again, my error for not reading correctly. However, the charm is the size as promised in the picture which I appreciate. I also appreciate there was no hidden fees at time of check out or when the pendants arrived at my doorstep.
The elephant will hold my dad's ashes who passed in 2018. He loved elephants and this will be a warm reminder of him. I will wear it with pride and feel him daily with me.

I found it impossible to get an idea about shipping. When I bought the urn I was unaware it was coming from Europe. I ended up buying one domestically because I was afraid it wouldn’t be delivered in time. Now I will attempt to return it.
