I am very satisfied with everything related to this purchase. Prior to ordering I had a number of questions. I received timely and complete responses. The ordering process was simple. I requested engraving and I received a proof to approve prior to completion. The urn arrived packaged well within the timeframe that has been given. It was exactly as described and pictured.

I purchased and urn back in July, I didn’t receive until the end of November. I was always sent emails by Kevin assuring me that it would arrive and they kept me updated through the entire thing. If you go with this company just know you will wait a bit but the end result was worth it for my family and I. I received my urn for my boy, Milo, today, and it’s just perfect! I requested to have a bit more orange glass used in it as he was an orange tabby. I was sent a picture of the sculpture for approval before it was shipped to me. Very pleased with the customer service from start to finish. Thank you for such a lovely final resting place for a very special and adored fur buddy!!

Ordered this on 8/31. Have yet to receive. Tracking since 9/24 shows in Tennessee.

It is very difficult to have to deal with anything related to the death of a loved one. The website offered unique and beautiful options to represent one’s loved one after their loss. The customer service was easy to deal with and very responsive.

The figure is flawless but it lacks functionality. The bottom cap to close the urn doesn't actually close, or even fit where it should, it's more of an underlaying piece of raw ceramic that is not attached to the urn, and doesn't come with any type of padding so it's prone to damaging the surface underneath. It also doesn't come with any type of rubber seal because it doesn't sit perfectly under the piece - weird how little thought went into this part of the urn. It comes with a bag and zip tie because evidently you can't place loose ashes inside. It also comes with 6 silicone glue dots to place on the bottom, so you can use 4 to put on the corners so the urn won't damage the surface it sits on, but the other 2 are not enough for the bottom cap. I was amazed that this bottom part was made as if this were a cheap piece while the piece in itself is pure gorgeousness and luxury, which matches the price, hence 3 stars, since functionality, I believe, must be flawless in an urn.
