Years after years, parking is still crap. Too much waste of time. Have visited so many theme parks they prioritise children but was disappointed by staff’s lack of empathy.

Went for my daughters 10th birthday

Went for my daughters 10th birthday, never again. I made a very big mistake and I am trying to resolve this issue still with the customer service team. Got there at 10.30am left at 1pm went on only 1 ride she hated every minute. Fast track tickets was pointless and RAP was useless.

Doesn't deserve even one star

Doesn't deserve even one star. Overpriced, standing in very long queues all day, can hardly get on any rides. This is a test of endurance. Only here because my son wanted to go. Rip off, £145 per person to avoid queues. Horrible experience. I want to escape and sit in the car in the Legoland car park which we also had to pay for. Some rides have a 1 hr queue, most 30 to 40 mins. Good luck! 0 stars

Take your own food and drink

Booked prority parking as French disabled badge was invalid. Didnt seem any easier than normal parking.

Expected long queues, but they were made even longer with prebooking system which allows people queue priority. Rides extremely short when the long wait is taken into account. Rides could be twice as long and still be less than 8 minutes.

Very few seats / benches allowing you to sit and rest. None around most of the rides.

Food and drink extortionately expensive. Lucky if you get a cheese sandwich ( one left at 11 am at Costa ). No catering for vegans or vegetarians except chips. All the food sites only sold fast food junk eg. chips, hot dogs, chicken pieces. Pasta restaurant was closed.
Shop very busy at the end of the day, go earlier, or even on arrival.
Staff looked tired, little interaction with public from what I observed.
No rides, that I could see, which catered for people in wheelchairs. Cousin is parapleigic and could not accompany his son on any ride at all.

Not an experience I wish to repeat and would not recommend to anyone. Crowded, extremely loud music and short changed on the length of the rides, but my cousin's 6 year old enjoyed himself.

Visited on Monday 27th July- Shockingly bad

Visited on Monday 27th July, extremely poor experience. We visited a few years ago and due to queues didn't get on much. And yet again when we visited last week, got on very little, 3 rides in total. Very poorly run, staff unenthusiastic. Very few places to sit in the theme park and food very expensive. To top this off, at the end of the day, we waited for 1 hour 45 minutes to get out the car park. We complained to customer service once home and they fobbed us off and blamed it on the road outside the theme park however that day, the barriers were broken and no one came to sort them in all that time. Looking at other reviews, it happened a few days earlier too. Be warned. We will never visit again.

Horrific

Horrific.

Queues are massive for a next to no time on rides. An example. Queue for 50 minutes for a ride where the children drive cars. The ride lasts 3 minutes max. And 2 minutes of that they’re stuck or broken.

Staff are rude and unenergetic, generally 17 year old kids mumbling at you. Or offering no help at all.

The price of food is the worst bit of all. 3 sandwiches 2 crisps and a tunnocks caramel cost me £23. Ridiculous. I will not be giving this company another penny of my money. Definitely avoid. I found Paultons to be a million times better.

We stayed here 2 nights ago for the first and last time the rooms was very unclean grime everywhere floors were that dirty we had to wear our shoes inside the lodge which you don’t expect especially when it cost us £300+

The. on to the theme park, to be honest limits should be set on the amount of people visiting because it was totally overcrowded all my son could do is look at the rides as getting on them was a 45 minute wait for a ride that last 4 minutes if your lucky.

Not to mention the prices of everything it just started to feel like what should have been a lovely family day was ruined by all of the above. We started at 9 and left by 12 it felt like a total waste.

Oh and we got kicked out of a building room where we were trying to cool off because it’s was 9:55 so it didn’t open for another 10 minutes but the door was open not locked and no signs to say it was closed.

I would save your time, money and sanity there is definitely places that offer a better and cleaner service for a fraction on the price

Went for my sons 11th birthday

Went for my sons 11th birthday, he enjoyed the day fortunately but we were ripped off on the digital photos from rides. We paid £25 for a QR code to have access to photos from all the rides we went on (we went on 3) and not only is only one available for download, we have to pay an additional £30 to download it! We were not told any of this by the employee who practically ambushed us the moment we entered the park, but Legoland themselves do not want to deal with the issue nor do the company that manage the photos. So we have 0 photos of my son enjoying the rides and they still have our £25, I don't think we'll go again for this dismissive attitude and scam tbh.

Good day out but got a milkshake before we left from the Ben and Jerry’s place near the entrance and there was a piece of plastic in the milkshake! I tried to go back and talk to them but they had shut before we got there. I have spoken to Ben and Jerry’s via email and they have told me to contact Legoland - but this isn’t very easy from their website. Please could someone get in touch. Thank you!

It was ok

It was ok, to expensive for what you got. You spent most the day queuing for a 2 minute ride. Longest que 70mins. You dont get to experience fun. Just stress and exhaustion.

The whole thing is a scam and rip off really. Food expensive.. a drink expensive.. we stayed in a dirty resort. Dust and bugs, not really clean, skids in the toilet.

Don't get me started with breakfast. It was shambles. Why are we ordering on a app. No explanation on how it works, just sit here, scan that order food. When the food did finally arrive it was cold and dry.
Nothing was labelled so you had to guess coffee and tea the stations were a mess..

I think a buffet would work so much better.
It was a bad experience and wish I hadnt wasted a single penny.

I expected waiting and queuing but it was a joke tbh. And dont get me started about the staff. If you dont want to work then dont, dont give my son a scowl because you are miserable at your job

Went on the 22nd June with the kids as they had a day off school and wanted a quieter day to visit , my parents took me here when it opened and compared it to now it's totally different, there was hardly anything Lego related that reminds you that you are in Legoland at all , it's just a tacky run down theme park with no Lego with much less rides than there used to be and foreign staff that don't want to be there and provide a crap service , food was terrible and grossly overpriced , even if you are a Lego fan stay away it isn't really Legoland, overall myself and my kids didn't have fun and wasted our money , I have emailed Lego billund to investigate this park

So dissapointed

Visited legoland on Friday 24th July, 2026. I've never been, son had finished school and it was also the parks highly publicised 30th anniversary. We booked priority parking, which seemed a waste as it was no closer than normal parking spaces. Overall I was prety dissapointed with the place. Even knowing it was aimed at the younger person. I saw nothing to indicate there was any anniversary, celebrations were supposed to start from the 20th onwards. Although there was a map of sorts, it was very 'Arty' but not helpful as a map. Most people had brought picnics with them, but there was not a lot of places to sit and eat these. The park was not full and these areas were swamped. If I were cynical I would say they were encouraging you to eat in one of the expensive below par restaurants. The haunted house broke down as we neared the front of the queue so we went to the 'Deep sea adventure'. Almost no wait time so we had a chance to see the people in front board and start their ride. As the queue from the haunted house breakdown joined this queue. A blonde haired girl arrived very loudly and started saying, 'next group in quickly now'. Where we saw the submarine had been stopping to let people on and off, suddenly people were expected to board while it was still moving. With the blonde haired girl encouraging people to 'let's get on board quickly'. As we moved toward the ride a little girl tripped as she tried to board so they had to stop the ride anyway. This managers reaction to get the queue moving as a sudden influx joined was over the top and dangerous. I assume she asked for the ride to continue while loading as this was a sudden change. While it was nice in the air con waiting to get on. It was very hot in the ship. Some sharks, interesting, too short. The driving school for youngsters was busy. We saw the ride time average come down a few seconds during our 42 minute wait to get there. Several rides shut as they are apparently building new ones. Why time this to happen during your 30th year party time?
Generally, not worth the money and trip there, my son enjoyed it. I just counted the cost and value for money. Cannot see what the fuss is about. Don't be swayed by over enthusiastic youtubers trying to earn views as I was. Telling you,' it's a great day out. And 30 year celebrations will make it even better'. There much better places with happier staff, that give more value for money than this place.
Will not be returning,

What should have been a fantastic…

What should have been a fantastic family day out was completely overshadowed by the poor attitude and lack of organisation from the LEGOLAND staff.

We stood in a queue for well over an hour for a ride that had broken down. Although an announcement was eventually made over the speakers, we were trapped in the middle of the queue with no way to leave. It then took another 40 minutes before people were finally able to get out.

During that time, not a single member of staff made any effort to help guests exit safely or explain what was happening. In fact, it was another visitor who walked through the queue telling everyone the ride had been closed.

To make matters worse, when we eventually reached the exit, it was partially blocked by three members of staff standing around chatting, while more guests continued joining the queue because nobody had bothered to close the entrance or redirect people.

It wasn’t the ride breaking down that ruined the experience, these things happen. It was the complete lack of communication, customer care and basic crowd management afterwards. For a major attraction like LEGOLAND, I’d have expected much better.

Avoid

Expensive. 1hr queues for poor quality rides for 5 yo kids (tolerance max 20mins). Overcrowded. Food experience terrible. Lost money on £2 vending machines that don't work. Finally capitulated to wait 30 mins for aquarium. Cancelled due to 'security alert'. Massive waste of time. Requesting refunds embarrassed to take family from Brazil here

We visited as a family with two young children in school holidays. I used clubcard rewards for entry, which halved the price for 3 of us. To be honest i probably wouldn't visit if i had to pay full price for tickets as it's just so expensive. park was crowded, which i expected as it's holidays. Queue times weren't too bad, we didn't wait for more than 30 minutes. I recommend using the app, which gives you queue times of the rides and has a useful map so you know where things are. Splash zone was great fun, if a bit busy. We liked the submarine ride and the coastguard boat thingy. One thing that massively let it down was the long wait to get out of the car park as the ticket barriers weren't working properly for some people, causing delays of over an hour to exit. I think maybe they need to rethink how the car park system works. Anpr only perhaps and no barriers, would be a start. I can't really believe that they charge for parking too. It used to be free 20 odd years ago when i came with my mum and brother. Bit of a rip, the whole place, unfortunately.

Parling exist is an absolute shamble

We travelled over 4 hours to visit LEGOLAND today only for the day to end in complete frustration. It took over an hour just to leave the car park, with small, tired children stuck in the car and no apparent traffic management. To make matters worse, the journey to LEGOLAND through Bracknell was already made longer by heavy traffic, numerous traffic lights and roadworks. After a long drive to get there, the chaotic exit was simply unacceptable. This is a recurring problem that LEGOLAND has failed to fix despite many complaints. For the prices charged, visitors deserve far better. If you experienced the same, I encourage you to complain to LEGOLAND and ask for compensation or a refund. Nothing will change unless customers speak up.
