This is what happens when Greed takes over …

This is what happens when Greed takes over. This is supposed to be a fun place for kids. However even when being charged high entrance fee, you will have to wait in very long queue for every ride because they let too many people in.
Even if you come from open to close (the rides are only open between 10-18) you can not try more than 3-5 rides with 30-60 min waiting time for each ride, in addition to waiting time for the food and everything else.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, queues too long everywhere.

Didnt want to write a review until Legolands press idiot decided to comment in the newspaper ekstrabladet.

They blame the weather for the turn out... which is ignorant, since they themselves have the responsibility for how many they let into the park and thereby directly affect the queues.

Its also appalling to read that they didnt think they reached the ceiling for visitors this week? (Mind blown...)

If the "buy your way ahead with wristbands" wasnt enough, this was the last drop....

Sad to say, we wont be returning again any time soon. Its really just a money machine, not a fun day out, especially not for the kids......

A company that makes that much money really should learn to live with less income in places like Legoland... ie, less guests at a time.

Like stepping into the 1990’es

Like stepping into the 1990’es, scuffy and overly crowded. Junkfood at insanely high prices. In this place, you don’t get the impression of Lego as an innovative forward looking company. A tourist trap.

Disneyland shameful ripoff

Embarresing Many Disneyland rides Rip offs. Take a ride in their cheap pirates ride, and experience how they shameful have stolen Walt Disneys storyline. And it went on All Day Long. These insain danes have stolen so much from Disneyland, that IT becomes the experience of the Day to find the rip offs.

Excellent customer services ethos

Not a review of the venue (as haven't made it there due to covid) but of their customer services. You couldn't ask to deal with a nicer bunch of people and their help and support despite double cancellation of our trio has been exemplary.

Almost like going back to the 90s

Almost like going back to the 90s. Park is old and way expensive for what you get. You would expect a world renowned brand like LEGO to innovate and renovate parts of the park and attractions on the go. They don't. At Legoland no real Lego experience like a Lego discovery center. Weird for the world capital of Lego. Total disappointment and not inspiring at all. Kids liked Experimentarium in Copenhagen way more.

Deeply disappointed with the service…

Deeply disappointed with the service and stay. If I can recommend anything to those who are thinking about staying here, it is to go somewhere else.
If you have any children with lactose, gluten free or any other particular allergies, this is ABSOLUTELY not the place to stay as the dietary requirements section of the breakfast was on both days empty.
Accordingly, there was no compensation given for this, only a sharp email saying that as we compensated you for the first issue (being a crappy room with crappy beds) then we can't do anything about it.
Hugely disappointed.

A+ for Lego experience but needs better food options

We love Legoland, but tire of the limited food choices. We have been regular visitors and every single time we are frustrated with the same issue- a lack of casual but healthier food options. Burgers, fries, pølser or overpriced buffets with nothing in between. (The Mexican cantina is so so). Offerings similar to the Brick House's casual kiosk would be so appreciated. Veggie cups, fruit, paninis and salads. I realize the two are owned and operated by different entities, but, please, Legoland come along in to the current times and update your food offerings. It is a very real problem when you are spending days and nights with children.

fun for all ages

It is clean, it is well managed, the staff is friendly and easy to talk to and it is fun for all ages. It is a bit expensive but if you want to go there more than ones in a season you can quickly save money if you buy the premium season pass, with is there is free parking and you get a friend in for half price
