Legup- refund issues

I had payed the money of 7,078 on Sep 19.As none of the profiles were suitable, escalation team called and very hopefully mentioned that I will get my refund in 12 days time.Its been more than one month but I am yet to get my refund inspite of several followups .They will send u a mail wmentioning a date but they date would have got barred ,yet the money will not get refunded.
If u call the same number who informed that he is from the escalation team (Mr Prashanth), he will conveniently tell u that he has moved to a different team.

He will direct that finance team is not responding and the dame cycle gets repated......Its going to be close to 1.5 months .My amount is still not refunded.

The consultancy is not reliable and cannot be trusted.
