Had this cooker a 3 years now 3 of the gas knobs have fell off , the biggest oven has dropped so doesn't heat up properly as heat is escaping, the glass top doesn't stay up keeps dropping down very disappointed in the product , paid a lot of money for it , had a cannon range for 15 years previously to this 1 a much superior product to this 1

Cooker is great. Packing was fantastic.
The two main ovens heat typically 25 degrees C below dial temperature. Now we know we can compensate when setting oven temperatures.

Really enjoying our new range. The main oven is great (so flexible), and having three ovens and a grill is fantastic.
Also the rings are far enough apart that I can have EVERYTHING going at once - perfect for a Christmas lunch

Looks lovely but after a month of not really using much I find that one of the ovens keeps going out . Christmas Eve and can’t imagine anyone coming to fix today

A fan on the cooker failed shortly after the warranty ran out. Which was expensive to repair. Like the cooker, but can't help feeling that, as a result of having to get it mended, the purchase price was effectively £250 higher than advertised.

Haven’t given 5 star as it the first time I have purchased a Leisure and I not use all the features. My old cooker range lasted 25 years

Paid slightly more for this model after a cheaper (Beko) had a fault and well worth the upgrade. Looks lovely, better quality and performs well. Love it.

Disappointed that leisure do not make 110cm gas cooker. Oven very small compared to Belling. Cooker arrived and right hand oven had to be repaired , ignition not working. Have to hold ignition for 15 seconds otherwise goes out! My old cooker was much better quality. Heats well, burners give out good heat. Would pre-fare side way opening doors, due to age and disability, but I’m managing. This was a replacement on my insurance, best of the bunch allowed.

Great cooker. I thought I might struggle with the electric oven as I have always cooked with gas but I am getting on fine with it. It’s also great to have the option of the gas oven too. Highly delighted with the cooker plus it’s a great value for money.

I ordered an LPG conversion kit 6 weeks ago - it arrived today!

A great cooker at a reasonable price. Instructions could be improved.

We purchased a leisure cooker and we advised to order the free lpg converter.

We have done this 3 x and never received it. Cannot talk to anyone they just out you through to various numbers and play idiotic music.

When you do get through to someone funny enough it’s the “wrong department”…

Horrendous customer service! They pay overseas customer care agents peanuts to order this and these people never ever do their job properly - there is no follow up and they do not care one hoot.

Wish we had never gone the Leisure Cooker way…

Within 3 years the hob hot plates sensors have gone, the door for the oven doesn’t shut properly, the wiring at the back of the overn is faulty and needs replacing. We are now without a cooker for Christmas and have young children and disabled people in the house.

Purchased on AO, it was a replacement for my Bellingham gas range cooker. Really pleased with the leisure cooker. Only downside is the storage compartment would have worked better as a drawer like my old cooker.

Easy to order came quickly and a lovely cooker

I am happy with the overall cooker, only issue we had was the fan broke after less than a year of usage.

3 weeks my cooker was used not every day . Now has gone wrong , engineer came out said he had not come across this problem so had to order new parts.
Now they have rung can not get parts till next year.
Very annoyed

Induction hob controls are an absolute nightmare to use! Packaging was so much front door had to come off to get in in.

Much better and stronger than the Flavel electric cooker which had 5 repairs then got new one

The oven shelves are a nightmare. They have a 'lip' at the front which means you can't easily slide baking trays, roasting tins in and out. As a result the oven door is open much longer resulting in the oven loosing heat.
Additionally, both ovens have a very uneven bake.
