Euronics in Birchington where we purchased the cooker from and who installed the cooker were excellent.
The only thing about the cooker I am very disappointed about are the shape of the shelves. I find it difficult to get items in or out of the oven without sometimes burning myself.

Great looking but oven a little hard work

The range cooler looks great. The hob works really well but not the ovens so much. I know ovens need to preheat but these seem to take just a bit too long. And even after preheating I feel a lot of things need to be cooked for a bit longer than recommended. An engineer came out very quickly to check on this for me but said the oven was totally fine.

Awful hob, cheap feeling appliance.

Having had a rangemaster prior to this purchase (which lasted 18 years not missing a beat until it died a sudden death) I could bot believe how flimsy this oven was. The doors feel tinny and as though they are going to break when you close them. The main oven is smaller than standard meaning another pleasant surprise was that my tins did not fit! However, other than that, I have had no problems with cooking in the ovens so far. the hob on the other hand is a completely different matter. The controls are awful. It is incredibly difficult to adjust the temperature on more than one hob without a significant delay meaning I have boiled over/over cooked numerous pans because I cannot change the temperature fast enough. One hob at a time when using 5 is just ridiculous. I am gutted about this purchase as now I’m stuck with it and would suggest others stay away.

So worth the money

We've had our cooker for 10 months and absolutely love it, it's so easy to keep clean and the different ovens saves money as you don't have to use all of them all the time. We also love the glass top as it enable us to close the lid and use the surface, it also keeps the hobs cleaner. It was expensive but after having it for this long it was so worth the money.

Absolute rubbish.

It's expensive to buy. The piece along the back the black had peeled off . One oven the enamel has come
off the bottom of the oven . What I thought was chrome nobs are plastics which has come loose and peeling. Both ovens cook different on same temperature. Food burns or is raw in the middle. I am very disappointed, it was going to be my last cooker but now I have to save for a year or so at least to buy a new one . I'm not pleased at all. J would never buy another.

The fan in the top oven was faulty

The fan in the top oven was faulty, naking a horrible noise when ovenmor grill are used. Reported to warranty number who took details the I had to call the supplier to arrange a replacement (not good service).
A date was arranged to pick up the faulty appliance and deliver a new one. someone to call me back with a date. 7 days later no call so I phoned the supplier again. 25 minute phone call and new oven arranged.

Van arrived to remove faulty appliance but no replacement on board. I refused to be left with no oven or hob without a replacement. Next day an email and another long phone call to supplier to be told 2-3 weeks for a replacement oven. Why.. its already been 3 weeks.

So here I am fully a month later, apiance still faulty., no replacement, no confirmation of when or if another will arrive.

Whilst this may be an isolated incident it's very poor customer service and leaves us wishing we had bought a different brand.

Buyer beware

Going from gas to induction was a plus…

Going from gas to induction was a plus for me. The range really come into its own over the Christmas period with all three ovens being used and the induction hob. My range was purchased in November 2025 and in January 2026 I am having an engineer to come out because the top oven/grill is making a very noisy metallic scratching sound. Fortunately I am covered with a care package but although I love my range, this has certainly put a dampner on my excitement at owning a range cooker.

Disappointing buy

The surface is very easily scratched and the oven takes a long time to heat and cool down.
The doors are very flimsy and we are forever cleaning the doors as any condensation seems to run between the glass panels. Very disappointing buy

3 years old and rustier than a 90’s Ford

Bought new, it’s now 3 years old and is rustier than a 1990’s fiesta, all the bottom of the oven doors and even the grill door is rotting away despite being taken very good care of!
Be careful if you buy this brand!

The overall grill design is abysmal

The overall grill design is abysmal. The pan could/should be much bigger to fill the available space (there's about 40mm space either side of the grill pan when in position), the height settings for the grill pan are ludicrous in that the top (of four possible settings) means the food is actually in the grill flames, and on the bottom setting the food will take too long to cook as it's too far from the flames. There's only two gas settings for the grill, on or off, (why?) so there's no possibility of using a low gas (for steaks and sausages, for instance) or higher for toast. The grill chrome sliders won't stay put on the sides of the aperture, nor will they slide out far enough to check the food in the grill pan. The grill igniter impedes the grill pan being replaced in position, and it's a certainty that over time the grill pan will damage the igniter which will then need repair/replacement. The removable grill pan handle looks like it's been sourced and made as cheaply as possible, and is another poor design. The simmer ring is positioned front right, when common sense and safety should place the ring back left out of the way of the other rings. The lower oven lower shelf positions aren't full depth of the oven, meaning a standard turkey pan can't be placed in these positions; not good, as this position is ideal and usually used for this purpose. Overall the cooker seems well-made but clearly the designer was no cook as they've ignored some basic considerations.

Resolved

Our last cooker(an indesit) cost £300 and lasted for 18 years...purchased a Leisure Cookmaster and it lasts 4 months before cooling fan breaking down...a really loud whining noise coming from the cooling fan...at least its under guarantee so engineer comes out and knows exactly whats wrong...BECAUSE IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME...and Leisure know this.
Sent a complaint e-mail and received a generic response saying "thanks for letting us know...why dont you take out further warranty with Domestic and General " not interested !!!!!
Does anyone have the CEO of Leisure's e-mail and I will contact them direct to tell them what I think of their product rather than read it here...though they have people to read their e-mails for them.
Not interested !!!

16/01/26 I have now been called by Beko and discussed situation...they have given me an extended warranty for 2 years free of charge, so only fair that if I complain I also compliment that they have got in touch promptly and given me some peace of mind..Thank you.

Terrible customer service and…

Terrible customer service and communication from the company that repaired my 8 month old cooker. I would not recommend them at all. When I rang to book in the repair I specifically asked for an engineer that was LPG qualified as that is the type of gas we have. Engineer came and wasn’t LPG qualified, so was unable to look at the cooker However he did say he would order the part. Another engineer came without the part as it hadn’t been ordered so had to wait another 2 weeks for the part to arrive and an engineer to come and fix the issue. From start to finish it took over a month to fix my oven with no thought as to how I was going to cook during this time. Terrible service.

You get what you pay for

The cooker looks good in our country kitchen and generally seems ok. The wok ignition doesn't always work and the ovens seem to take a long time getting up to temperature, maybe it's just me? The grill handle is pretty awful. As others have said, the main oven door takes a lot of pressure to keep it closed. Like I said, you get what you pay for, so if your budget extends to over double, maybe consider a Rangemaster
