Customer service extremely rude, especially staff member named ‘Holly’, don’t recommend using them, use a different service :)

We're sorry that you feel your experience with us warranted a one-star review, although we are disappointed to see this given the circumstances surrounding your application. This review relates solely to an application you made to open a Leisuretec trade account, which we were unfortunately unable to approve.
Leisuretec is a strictly trade-only distributor and all new account applications are subject to approval and verification. In this instance, we were unable to verify sufficient business or trading information to meet our account-opening requirements. At the time of your application, the business had only been established the previous week, was not registered as a limited company or for VAT, had no website or social media presence, and no trading history that we could verify.
We explained the reasons for our decision on several occasions and also made clear that we would be happy to reconsider the application once the business was more established and sufficient information was available for us to verify its trading activity.
Despite being unable to approve the account, we still tried to help by providing details of existing Leisuretec Trade Partners through whom you could purchase the products you required, and subsequently introduced you directly to one of them.
We acknowledge that one of our later responses was more direct than our usual standard of communication. However, this came after our decision and the reasons behind it had already been explained to you on several occasions, with further requests then made for us to reconsider it.
We take great pride in the service we provide to our trade customers, so it is particularly disappointing to receive a one-star review in these circumstances. We do not actively solicit reviews through Trustpilot, and therefore feel it is important to provide the full context here: this review follows a declined trade account application, rather than an order or customer transaction with Leisuretec. No goods or services were purchased from us.
