Contacted the team early this morning as my daughter’s friend was unwell in the car the night before. Despite the team being extremely busy and having a later job in London they were able to fit me in after, even on the hottest day of the year so far. The attention to detail was impeccable, interior of the car was left smelling and gleaming just like the day I picked it up. The team were polite and ever so hardworking

Very happy with the valet done today - Lellers were recommended on my street WhatsApp and am happy with the service received. Car looks best it has since buying it (apart from the wear and tear from being parked on the street for 21 years!!) and the two men who came were polite and helpful. Would recommend and will definitely use again

Excellent Service
Lellers were recommended to me by a fellow Funeral Director. David, the head valeter, came to inspect our fleet to make sure the vehicles would benefit from the Carnauba Wax Polishing. They collected the vehicles and delivered them back to us. We couldn't be more pleased - the cars look brand new. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I cannot fault the quality of the work. Excellent service all round. We will certainly be using Lellers again.

Very Poor Customer Service
There are two sides to every story - I have been fastidiously truthful in my review and have offered no more than facts as opposed to opinion or name calling.
In July 2016 my car was valeted and the seats came back to me soaking and I hadn’t even driven away from Lellers before the fault manifested. The garage told me it was due to water ingress but unfortunately despite approaching her to discuss, the owner, bar the very initial contact, refused to acknowledge or even discuss the contested damage. I then was left with a bill of around £460 including the valet - amazingly Lellers didn’t even think to offer a refund on the clean!
In July this year, I read and answered a post on the “Ware and Hertford Mums” Facebook page where someone had asked for a recommendation of where to get their car valeted. Someone on there recommended Lellers and I gave my honest opinion of their service based upon my own experience (as an aside, it appears the original question and the subsequent recommendation both came from associates on Facebook of the owner of Lellers).
I did not approach them nor ask for compensation but I was amazed when the owner contacted me to discuss my review and I gave her the information we had discussed at the time and the damage to my vehicle was again disputed by Lellers but then after a number of curt emails from the owner I was surprised to receive an offer from Lellers of a partial refund of the damage, there was a number of emails backwards and forwards between us where the owner grudgingly agreed to refund £269.48 - this was the cost of valet plus 50% of the damage. I wish to point out that this was not from an altruistic desire to do the right thing after 5 years as the offer came with the strict condition that the monies would only be paid if the poor review on Facebook was removed.
On Friday 23rd July at 14:07 I removed the post, took a screenshot and sent it to Lellers, with no response. I called on the Saturday and was told the owner wasn’t in the office, so called again on Monday to ask when the payment would be made only to be shouted down, and spoken over by the owner, where she stated that she was of a mind not to pay the money as the damage had been done, this was despite our agreement and by Wednesday the money had still not been paid.
My husband then called on Wednesday and managed to arrange for the money to be paid. The money was paid the next day but was short by £55 - fifty percent of the valet - My husband then called again and the amount was again disputed despite Lellers having accepted the figure by email - the conversation became strained with the owner again shouting down and talking over my husband, repeatedly telling him that she didn’t have time for this conversation as she was going on holiday. My husband told her that if the remaining funds were not paid then we would have no choice but to reinstate the review. The last communication with the owner of Lellers was a rude text to my husband saying she would not be blackmailed - a strange statement from a professional company- which they certainly hadn’t been.
I know this is a long message but hopefully shows why we feel it is necessary to repost and place this review as this shows the unpleasant manner in which this company deals with disputes.
I have no other reviews for local companies, and I feel that the owner is used to bullying people to get her own way and struggles when people are resolute.
I have all the messages and emails if anyone would be bored enough to read them.
