The worst, disgracefullest, horrible customer service. If I could, I would put - 10 stars instead 1 star. Doesn't even deserve any stars.
Customer service is useless, cold and rude.
Ordered my daughter two pairs of shoes, none of them fit so asked for refund. Sent them back ( I have to pay for postage), asked to exchange for different sizes........ Long story short - my daughter was left with no shoes, and I was left very angry and disappointed. Shame on you Lelly Kelly

Extremely disappointed with my daughter’s school shoes. We’ve paid £60 for a pair of shoes and within the first half of the term, approx 8 week the insides have started to peel and have mould on the inside on the soles. The velcro has also become very loose by now and opens when my daughter is walking! I would expect after spending so much on a pair of shoes that they would be fit for purpose!

Absolutely disgraceful service. I bought my daughter a pair of shoes for school. The velcro broke on them at half term causing the shoes to open. This was actually very dangerous as my little girl fell as her shoe became loose. I emailed this company several times. I was asked to send photos which I did and then had to send them again at their request a second time. Several emails again and nothing so I decided to return the shoes paying a cost of next day delivery and after several more emails was met with the response that it was wear and tear and I would not be getting an exchange. I am shocked that this company expects me to believe a £50 pair of school shoes to not even last one half term. My daughter does not even wear them everyday as she has PE twice a week! The fact that they were dangerous was shockingly not even a consideration for this company. I have video evidence and will be taking this further. Do not buy from the company, the worst customer service I have ever come across.
