Product was exactly as described and a fair bit cheaper than buying locally. Will certainly be using Lemon Skin Care again when purchasing Dermalogica skin care. Thanks for such a prompt service.

SCAMMERS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

They are scammers, I never received my daily microfoliant and never got my money back.Don't buy from them please. Find a reputable website.

They said courier had delivered it on my front porch, I do not have a front porch and paypal will not refund me as pit showed on the courier site it had been delivered. I rang the number of the delivery driver and he did not even work for Yodel. Scammers be warned.

Beware of this company if you expect a refund

Returned item but did not receive any answers to my emails. No telephone number available for this company. I eventually contacted my bank as I had bought this item by mastercard and they obtained my refund. Not sure if I would have got my refund without my bank intervention.

Fake company address. Worst customer service

The company address on their website belongs to an asbestos company which has never heard of them. There is also no phone number and they rarely reply to email. This plus the fact it took around four months for me to be refunded for a failed delivery means I will never ever buy from this company again. And I would warn anyone against it.

Excellent service again.

I just have to share my most recent experience of buying a number of Dermalogica products from LemonSkinCare and was a truly positive one and so different to so many other reviews that have been posted.

The products were delivered incredibly quickly and were well packaged. So far so good. As for the authenticity of the products: they all came properly packaged complete with their holograms and did not appear in the least bit dodgy. They looked, smelt and felt like the same Dermalogica products that I had purchased from "reputable" salons and outlets, the only difference was that they were a darned sight cheaper.
One of the eye creams does irritate my eyes, but then this particular eye cream had the same effect when I had a Dermalogica facial at a high end salon. The problem is therefore that I am sensitive to this particular Dermalogica product, which has nothing to do with the authenticity of LemonSkinCare products.
So, I will continue to buy products from LemonSkinCare and enjoy their excellent service and pricing and will be happy to recommend them to others based on my personal experience.

Unfortunately courier companies sometimes take longer to complete investigations than we would like. As noted, customer was refunded in full.

Don't make a costly mistake by ordering

Dermalogica Head office in the UK confirmed Lemonskincare are not authorised sellers of Dermalogica.

I ordered some Skin Smoothing Cream at £55 and when I opened it it didn't smell right and gave my skin a reaction. I've used this product for many years so know the smell and have never had an adverse reaction before. Because I'd opened it and used it once they refused to give me a refund. I'm now stuck with something I cannot use that cost £55.

BUYER BEWARE. I will not use them again and urge you to go elsewhere.

Don't order from here unless you enjoy being fleeced

This is my third order with Lemonskincare over several years. Previously I've never had an issue and never thought to check their recent reviews. Turns out their customer service has gone downhill. I placed my order 10 days ago, it said it was dispatched one day after purchase. To date, I have not received the product nor a response from customer service after politely inquiring its whereabouts. It is appalling service to take your customer's money AND ignore them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM LEMON SKINCARE !!!!!!!

I have given one star as there is no option to leave zero.
Absolutely awful company.
Just received my dermalogica cleanser which has been so badly packaged (simply chucked in a Jiffy bag) that the lid of the cleanser has come loose and has spilt.
I have complained to the company but haven't had a response so far. As other reviewers have mentioned, the usual dermalogica seal has been removed and their own LEMON SKINCARE seal has been added. I have now found out LEMON SKINCARE is listed on the dermalogica website as NOT being an approved stockist. This raises my doubts in relation to the quality of the product.
So in conclusion, I implore you NOT to use LEMON SKINCARE. Please just use an approved stockist which operates in a professional manner. LEMON SKINCARE have proved you get what you pay for. DO NOT USE LEMON SKINCARE.

Dissapointed in products - won't purchase from again

I'm dubious about the authenticity of these products.

I've been using this brand for 20 years and I know most of the product range. Received a clay mask which was watery, smelled differently to the original and the texture was a lot thinner. Tested it out on my hand - was still WET after 20 minutes!!!! Genuine clay mask dries in minutes to a thick white dusting.

I also ordered a cream cleanser which smells of nothing! Haven't bothered to test that one out.

Dermalogica labels removed and replaced with their own 'Lemon Skincare' - that's dodgy enough! No telephone number on the website. Have placed a dispute with PayPal and contacted trading standards.

You have been warned! Who knows what you're putting on your skin with this retailer!

Having ordered from Lemon Skin care for…

Having ordered from Lemon Skin care for the first time, I was horrified to receive what is a hugely below par product both in terms of the abysmal state of the packaging and subsequent scratched tube inside.

Very poor indeed.

A replacement product has been offered in this case. All items leave our warehouse in pristine condition. A very small number are damaged in transit and where that damage is significant we always offer a refund or replacement.

They declare my order was fulfilled and…

They declare my order was fulfilled and delivered. When i asked for proof , non was given. they then said logistics company had delivered at reception - i dont have a reception. Then they said they have asked for proof from delivery company who have asked for a 24/48 hours to revert back and that they think is acceptable. took them 5 emails later to tell me this. It has been 9 days and i still have no response . i have asked to have my order cancelled and refunded and STILL no response . no contact number no personal name at the end of my customer email. They are happy to take my money and not GIVE me my product or customer service. disgusting . I am still waiting and still no one bothers to even call me or respond. How do i get my money back?

Disgusting Service

Disgusting service. Ordered a facial cleanser only to find the seal has been replaced by a lemonskincare sticker and was completely torn open. When I contacted them, they told me this sometimes happens in transit. But the rest of the box is intact and not damaged??? And if they know it sometimes happens, why not change their packaging? Having then asked why they have replaced the normal dermalogica sticker with their own, they state that this is inline with their T's and C's but this doesn't actually explain why they do this - we can all guess why!!!
I then tried to sign back into my account on their website and they have blocked my account and the website says no account found. No apology was given even though I particularly said i was shocked that they hadnt even apologised (normal retailers would apologise straight away in my experience). NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!

In response to lemonskincare's reply, its ironic that you say I can return it unopened, when I have received it opened. You say that the relation to stickers is clearly laid out in your T's and C's, all you say is that you remove dermalogica's sticker and replace with your own. You do not say why you do this and what the reason/benefit for this is. As the customer buying Dermalogica products via your site, I would expect to know why you are removing their seals that they place on the products for hygienic reasons so a customer knows it has not been tampered with or opened by anyone else, that products are authentic and legitimate and not a fakes. If you cant provide a reason for doing this, then it speaks volumes!
You also want me to send back to you at my cost due to your insufficient packaging - if that really is the case which is suspect its not. You will see from the comments on this site that your packaging standards leave a lot to be desired.
FOR CLARITY! there is no tamper-proof seal on the bottle under the lid and the sticker on the box was open/completely torn! The reason you probably remove the stickers on the box is because YOU ARE NOT LICENSED TO SELL DERMALOGICA PRODUCTS - extract from Dermalogica website "The websites listed below that sell Dermalogica products have no relationship with our company and ARE NOT AUTHORISED RETAILERS. We can't vouch for the product - Lemonskincare.com. What a surprise!!

Creating an account is an optional step when you place an order. If no account has been created it is not possible to log in.

Our position in relation to stickers is clearly laid out in our terms and conditions. Damage to our stickers is sufficiently rare that a change in design is not required.

As with all purchases, customers are entitled to a refund by returning items unopened to us. Nobody is in any way compelled to keep a product they do not want and have not used.

For clarity - tamper-proof foil seals are *never* removed.

Avoid ordering from this so called company!!!!

Disgraceful company! I received a Dermalogica face wash. Packaging was torn when Hermes delivered the item, Hermes advised they had received the item like this. I then discovered the seal was broken on the face wash. This concerns me straight away as this is product that is used on your face and you never know if it has been tampered with. I complained and they just advised it was probably damaged in transit (great excuse!) If I would like to return the product then I would need to pay for the 'return postage' myself. Great customer service.....NOT. It seems there is lots of similar reviews regarding seals broken on products sent. I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs. I never write reviews. Trust me.

All products leave our warehouse in pristine condition. Our policy on superficial damage to packaging is available on the website. Customers are not required to pay for returns where there is damage to the product itself.

DO NOT BUY FROM LEMONSKINCARE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM LEMONSKINCARE!!!
This company has the worst customer services I have ever encountered. I placed order for £200 two week ago. I was informed that it will be delivered by DPD the next day but it was not. I've sent multiple emails (there's no contact telephone number) requesting replacement parcel to be sent/refund to be issue and so far received one wage response saying that they are investing the issue with DPD. They customer service is appalling and the whole situation is a complete disgrace. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LEMONSKINCARE!!!

It is standard - and entirely reasonable - practice to investigate claims of missing parcels with the courier. Where parcels are found to have gone missing in transit we always customers a choice of a refund or a replacement order.

First order with LemonSC, but not my last :)

I made my first order with Lemon Skincare last week and my item arrived within a few days and it perfect condition. It was delivered by Hermes. I have no issues to note and will be sure to order from them again, especially with these great prices!

Bad customer service

really upset with the customer service - I asked for my parcel to be delivered to a safe - and most importantly a hidden place. They used yodel who actually detailed they had left it beside the shed not behind it. i arrived home to find NO goods and when I repeatedly asked for them to follow up with Yodel and put in a claim, they sent one email to them and then stopped replying to me. Unfortunate as they can't be expected to vouch for Yodel but they need to chase things up on behalf of a client who has paid and received NOTHING. or to use a DECENT delivery company

Unfortunately we cannot replace or refund items when a customer requests for them to be left in an unsecure location. We engaged with Yodel at length in relation to this delivery and obtained geodata proving the delivery driver left the parcel at the correct address, along with a statement from the driver confirming the item was left in the requested location.

Customers can choose alternative delivery couriers at our checkout.
