Absolutely horrific service.

Absolutely horrific service.
My card was not accepted initially and they clearly had my details so sent me a WhatsApp immediately to see what was wrong with the order.
I fixed the problem and placed the order the following day.
Since then it has been considerably over the stated delivery time and still, after several WhatsApp’s, ignored phone calls and emails they have still not responded.
No idea where my watch is, where my money is
