I bought from this company 5 items which took over 2 months to get finally got my order and their sizes are made for kids I ordered 2 sizes bigger and they were still really small I reached out to them and they refused to give me an address to return the products and they refused when I reached out to my bank to tell them the issue and provided every email back and fourth they denied my refund I paid over $190 which is now just sitting in a corner collecting dust in the original bags 3 items have never been opened waste of money time and stress stay away from them

Everything was cool when I
reached out to let them know that the wrong size was sent to me. I gave them an updated address and the product was still sent to a previous address!!!! I requested a full refund and no one has gotten back with me!!!! They are a huge SCAM!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. It comes from China. That’s why it takes SO long to get here. I wanted a refund because I ordered a size 2XL (which was more like a SMALL), and they said they would send me another in 3XL AND THEY SENT THE SAME SIZE AGAIN. Now they’re ignoring ALL my emails. Btw, I wear a size XL at most depending on brand. The fact that I had to order a 2XL and it was still small af should have been a red flag.

would give zero stars if i could. I placed my order TWO MONTHS AGO and I contacted customer service and they said they would check the status of my order on august 8th and it’s the 16th now , they still haven’t gotten back to me. It’s a scam, will open a dispute.

If I could give them zero stars I would this company is a joke they send you items without tags and send you item after item when asked to get refund back and when they finally do they only want to give you 20% of what you paid.. highly do not recommend! Very unprofessional! Scammers

I emailed that I wanted to return my item because it was the wrong size. They said no problem, keep it we will send you the correct size. I ordered according to their chart and I could not get both of my legs in it.

I emailed and no response, I asked for tracking, no response.

It has now been over a month and I have not received any items or been able to get a response from them, emailing 1-2 times a week. I called the customer service number and it is just a recording, sending you to their email for contact.

It has now been over 3 months and I still have not received my replacement item. They email me back about once a week now asking me to verify my shipping address several times again. I did, I requested the tracking number for the replacement item each time and NEVER got one.

I emailed again for it and they said they attempted delivery but it was returned (NOT TRUE) I see the mail coming to my house, this doesn't need a signature and they NEVER provided a tracking number. They said they sent another one and I still haven't gotten it. They then responded to my email calling me Kylie (that is not me). This entire company is a joke/scam DO NOT purchase anything from them.

Glad I didn't wait until I needed this in December to order closer to the date or I really would have been screwed.

They have lied numerous times and I don't think I will ever get my replacement item or money back. Thanks for nothing.

I wish i can leave one star so i purchased a product a couple weeks ago and i thought it would take 10 days the most to come since right after i bought like 2 days later said it was shipped gave it a week and nothing waited almost 3 weeks for it i tried to cancel it and they wouldnt let me since it was shipped now i tried to get my money back i asked the return address to return it no response so i sent it back to the address on the label now there telling me i cant get a refund or a bigger size which is crazy cause i bought a 2x and im not even that big and wouldnt fit but yea they ignored my email and responded with they cant cancel cause its been shipped omg so took my 54 dollars and i got nothing thanks alot im a tell tiktok and fb not to promote u on there platform yall are scamming

I was so excite, and the product is AWFUL. It came from China, which they lied about, and means it was probably cheaply made. The material feels awful and it's SO small even though I got a size large and my dress size is 6-8.

The sizes are wrong! I ordered according to my size. It did not fit, I asked for a refund, they said htey would send me the correct size and I could keep the one that didn't fit. It has now been 2 months and I can't get a response from anyone and I cannot file a claim with PayPal as its been too long. I call and it refers me to the email. I email 2x a week or more and I can't get a response. I will never order from them again.

Terrible and they are a scam!!! I ordered a large based on their measurement scale. I couldn’t even get the thing to my knees. It was so small. I let them know about my complaint and they were supposed to send me an XL which I thought was weird because I generally wear medium in most sizes. I received the “XL”. It was exactly the same size. I put the two shape wears on top of each other and they were identical. I reached out again to them and they told me I would have to pay to return both of them now if I wanted a refund. I will never buy anything from Lemon Trim. Terrible product and customer service.

I ordered this shapeware. I wear a size 10 jean so I ordered a large. Waited over a month to receive the item and when I got it I couldn't even get it pulled up on one leg. Product is not as described, sizing is horribly wrong and customer service is atrocious. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Do not order from this company. They are impossible to get in touch with. I am trying to return my purchase and have no idea where to send it.

I have never worked with a company so terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am sorry I fell for it. took a month to get it, runs terribly small, and they only want to give you 30% back. takes them days to respond. I cannot believe how bad.....

Very terrible delivery. Purchase item some 3/11/21 still have not received the item. Contacted costumer support and the take about 3 day or moor to respond with a vague response to the question ask. Cannot reach then via phone . Only contact is via email. Refund to refund my money. I give them a Zero rating. For poor response and delivery of item.

Let’s just say I purchased this item May 8th and here it is June 11th, and I still don’t have this shape wear. I’ve reached out to this bogus company on numerous occasions, about my item. They replied with its on its way, with a FAKE tracking number 😡 and when I asked for a refund, they said I couldn’t get one. So I reported them to my bank as a fraud and to Better Bureau Business.

Don’t waste your money on the lemon trim product. I got suckered in an ad after
I was looking at snap chat. Looked awesome! So it arrived quickly. I went to open to look at it and one of the threads was loose so I pulled on it. And it unraveled a little bit if the thread. So I contacted lemon trim and let know my item had arrived damage. They seemed helpful. And let me know would ship another. Told me to keep the damaged one. So while I waited for the new shape wear to arrive. I did try it on. It doesn’t help at all. Maybe if you have an itty bitty body and only need to cover a lil tiny pudge. So of course I’m upset. I don’t know how much they pay the people on the ads to lie that the product was amazing for them. But I’m like maybe it’s because the thread unraveled a tiny bit. But I really don’t think it was that. I waited a few Months and still hadn’t received anything. So I reached back out and never got a response back. Never received a replacement. I did bug my credit card company. But because it was a few Months after my purchase they couldn’t return my money. They had a policy for time frame to Request money. So I was even more
Upset! I’ve reached back out to lemon trim and they never replaced or returned my money, or reached back out to me. I feel like an idiot for trusting this website! Soooo save yourself a headache and go buy Spanx! I’m only doing a review to save other people from being taken advantage of.

It took over a month to arrive, when it did it fit my granddaughter who is 10 and it’s a size 3 XL according to them. They refused to refund my money even though I have returned the items to them for a full refund. Don’t buy anything from this crappy company. Worst customer service on the planet. No phone number or text you communicate strictly through email, that’s their customer service.

Review of -0 for me. It took forever to arrive, and when it finally did............ I couldn’t even wear it. Perhaps it’s a large in a baby’s size because ain’t no way a grown woman is going to fit in it. Horrible!!!! People should really be ashamed of themselves for taking customers hard earned money !!!

Holy crap.. I don’t even know where to begin. First off, I am 4’9 and 116lbs. This took 2 weeks to arrive. So I waited 2 weeks all just to receive what looks like a piece of cloth. I’m not kidding!!! It was soooo tiny It legit only fit on ONE LEG!!! This is what happens when you order from China. Save your money. This could fit my 6 month old perfectly. Again, don’t waste your money on this. Now I have to go through the trouble of getting my money back.
