I ordered my wedding gown an entire year in advance, yet it was still shipped late. To make matters worse, the dress arrived dirty, oversized, and clearly used, it looked like a sample that had been tried on multiple times. It came without a tag and looked nothing like the photo online.

When I reached out to Lenaberisha on WhatsApp for support, I was completely ignored and then blocked, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

Do not do business with this company. The experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing , just absolutely horrible.

Wanted to let you all guys online know that this is a scam. She pays to delete reviews online. If you search for LENA BERISHA REVIEWS you will not find anything on TIKTOK, INSTAGRAM or anywhere because she silences people that leave reviews about their bad experience with her. For me I paid for a dress for my prom on MAY 2025. Fast forward see its July and my dress never got delievered. She scams people. I contacted her many times on her whatsapp account and instagram account and I got blocked from both of those. I will put this file to the police so people can be aware of her scam. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE. THIS IS A SCAM!. You will regret and pay 1000-2000 usd and never get a dress. All of her celebrity posts are fake and photoshoped. Nothing is true about her. PLEASE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE DISSAPOINTED AVOID THIS PAGE AT ALL COSTS.

Was looking for my ideal wedding dress,found them online, loved their dresses, couldn't find any pictures of the back of the dress I liked on their page so I contacted them on whatsapp to get some, they didn't have any. To get more info regarding my WEDDING dress, I had to contact their representative in the USA which answered my instagram messages but then asked me to set an appointment for a "consultation" that costs 100$. I did since I really liked the dress and wanted to have it so bad although they were acting mysterious and I couldnt find a single review about them online. We did the consultation and it went relatively well although many things where mysterious and she made me feel that I was being delusional about worrying about the outcome of the dress that I did not see completely and that I'm acting a little too much although on her own blog she wrote how worried she was when she ordered her own WEDDING dress from the same store and how she was very stressed and skeptical until she got the dress. All was tolerable until the part where I asked about the possibility of the dress arriving damaged. I got no clear answer. After discussing the dress in details without actually knowing how it will turn out to be fully, I was sent a contract where it was mentioned that I will be responsible of any loss or damage of the dress. It sounded absurd to me and I then asked the representative if this part of the contract could be changed and that's when she got passive aggressive and started pushing the fact that the contract cannot and would not be changed and that's it. As absurd as this sounds, i lost a 100$ on a consultation that led to me not buying the dress and the representative never got back to me. Such a failed business strategy where you can't even know how your WEDDING dress would turn out to be from the back and the fact that the contract is ABSURD although the chances of anything happening is low but I have the full right to ask for that part to be removed. A few words telling me that the shipping company would be responsible on whatsapp are not enough. A contract is a contract and it sure COULD be changed.
