DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! I made the massive mistake of trying to inquire about a home equity loan yesterday, I only wanted to know rates and estimated payment. I started receiving unrelenting calls and texts the second I entered my info and hit submit. They all claimed they would happily quote rates without an issue but I have yet to receive a quote. One experience was particularly unacceptable: I exchanged texts with an agent from Mutual of Omaha who was nice. I answered all her questions and was waiting for an actual response, but then it switched to an agent named Craig. He was unprofessional and arrogant and continued to request additional information that I knew was only for the purpose of attempting to convince me that I should refinance, as he assured me of his immense experience and knowledge. Once I made it clear I only wanted the requested information for a home equity loan, he sent me a link to apply for a HELOC. Not even the loan type I requested, it required me to enter all of the information I had already given, AND I didn’t want to apply; I just wanted the rates. I sent a text back asking for the rates and let’s just say he would benefit from greater humility and professionalism in his interactions. I replied letting him know this and immediately unsubscribed from the texts. He then had the nerve to call me. So I still don’t have any information but have spent an enormous amount of time dealing with ineffective people and too many calls and texts to count. And then this morning, I’ve received additional unrelenting calls and texts regarding car insurance quotes and debt consolidation; neither of which I ever inquired about. Save yourself the trouble and just call a local credit union. I REPEAT: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY WITH LENDING TREE!!!

Trying to get hold of Royal Morgage

Trying to get hold of Royal Morgage. One of the checks they sent me got lost in the mail. A check to Sams Club got lost. They never got it. It was for $963. Need to cancel it and send me a new c heck. Thank you

Never ever give LendingTree your real phone number. You will be hounded to death by spammers who use them to get your number. You will be called no less than ten times a day and at all hours.

What is really important is how ml myI'm reallyuch they have to pay back and how much can they get as alone I guess I just want to know if I can get a loan I'm very worried about not being able to geb

I have tried so very hard to find a loan so I can get my car and I haven't gotten an answer yet but I haven't been able to put in my routing number either could you please put me where I can get a loan or I don't know how to do this and that good at the on online computer thing I'm 80 years old

Got it closed but not without issues…

Brian worked hard and quick on the initial package but used a value in excess of what I suggested. When appraisal came back around what I suggested it would, he had to scramble and rework the deal, taking all of the cash out off the table but failed to mention that until I insisted on reviewing the updated paperwork, then he scrambled and found anyway to get some cash out. Then after the closing getting the checks to send to my creditors was an ordeal, twice had to put stop payment on them and reissue, finally sent UPS and received in 2 days. Now im waiting on final reconciliation since they paid out different amounts then originally estimated
