Agent was very good.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. During the loan process, we were specifically told that after making four weekly payments, we would be able to call and renegotiate the loan into monthly payments. This was a major factor in our decision to move forward.

However, after making the required payments, we were informed that this was not possible. It feels like we were told what we wanted to hear in order to get us to sign the agreement, only to find out later that the promises made during the sales process were not honored.

As a small business owner, I expect transparency, honesty, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The lack of consistency between what we were told and what actually happened has left us feeling misled and frustrated.

I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to get every promise in writing and carefully review all terms before signing any agreement.
Communication was frustrating, and obtaining clear answers was much more difficult than it should have been. As a small business owner, I value honesty, transparency, and professionalism, and unfortunately, I did not feel that those standards were met.

I invested a significant amount of time providing documentation and following their instructions, only to end up feeling misled and dissatisfied with the outcome. Based on my experience, I would encourage other business owners to ask detailed questions, carefully review all documents, and explore other lending options before making a decision.

As someone who is in the scaling phase of their business, Lendio is a helpful funding partner. Thank you to Noah and Kyle who walked me through the process and explained all the steps and options. Best of all I did not receive a lot of spam calls and texts from unwanted 3rd party lenders.

Alvaro Lino did a great job helping me secure funding. It was fast and friendly and I will definetly use him again.

Not completely satisfied…. Still waiting on information on when the deductions will begin and where I can view the progress of the payments.

BEWARE! A handful of people will call you daily and act like they care about getting you financed but they're all talk and just want your commission. I was all the way until my last day to getting funded and they ghosted us and said they changed their minds. Wasting about 2 weeks of my time. Finally was easily financed with someone FAR more reputable in a matter of days!

I wished they had 10 stars bc that’s what I would give you all 10. Rich was the absolute best. He went out of his way to make sure all my questions and concerns was answered. I really appreciate you..
