The process took a while and they could do better on their follow-up communication so you aren't sitting in the dark for so long but I have to say I still love them. They were able to get me an SBA loan where others did not. I have reasonable payments. My personal credit did not take a hit. I would go to them again.

Overall, it was a fair process, and the representatives were fairly responsive and polite. The application process was a little tedious and the prep for the underwriters was sometimes a bit intrusive and a bit much, but overall it's for an SBA loan and not another same day sub-prime predatory loan, so I suppose the process is what it is - similar to a mortgage but not as intense or long (about 3 weeks total start until funding).

Secured the Funds Needed. While the process of the application took longer than desired, in the end the SBA loan was processed successfully. The Lendistry platform for the application and uploading of documents could be improved.
