I always find Lenson very professional and courteous. The reason I've not given full stars is because I can't get them sent to Spain where I reside most of the year. I therefore have them delivered to the UK and sent on from there.

I think your service and prices are excellent. When you join forces with Vision Direct will your prices go up as their contact lenses have always been at least twice the price if your prices for the same brand contact lenses!

No confirmation of order sent by email until it was requested. Lenses were not put in the post until the following afternoon despite the fact that I confirmed that I live in Madagascar and need the lenses to be sent to the address provided so that I could get my friend to bring them to me when he visited. The lenses did not arrive in time despite Lenson being told of the urgency and having 5 working days to post them. Next day delivery was not an option.
I sent an email complaining about this and have received no reply yet. If I could give zero starts I would. Terrible 'service' and now I have to arrange for someone in London to return the contacts and I have to get my money back from Lenson who clearly are not proactive and have to be prompted to do anything, even something as simple as a confirmation email. I will not be using this shambles of a company again. Never mind the hassle I am going to have trying to get some contacts now!!

Used them for several years now, have been the cheapest, with fast delivery. Recently emailed them to check price as they were unexpectedly higher than a lot of others and within a few hours I had a discount code emailed to me. Nice to see good prices backed up with good customer service.

Always a fantastic service, with prompt delivery and the click and reload option, meaning that my order is remembered and I don't have to go through the hassle of entering my prescription every time. Great promotions and offers too.

A very good service and price. Unfortunately when things do go wrong (only once) things can be difficult and a little slow. Disappointing that they are 'joining' vision direct. There goes the great prices.
