I ordered a sunglasses a MONTH ago and the status is still "Not send". On the site is says 4-6 working days, i'm ok with 10 or 15 days delay but 1 month to deliver items form UK to Sweden! Just for reference in 1 month you can go to the moon and back 5 times.

First time user of lenson Sverige and after searching other sights found these to be cheapest due to a promotion they were holding. Bought 90 pairs at a good price due to the promotion and they arrived quickly so very pleased with that. Would certainly use again if the price was comparable.

My package did not arrive on time
Hi,
There are lots of problem with the service offered on your website.
At lest, it should be no problem that you just include the tracking number in the order status or in the email that you send out.
I found out that my package was sent to the wrong place quite late, since I have to email and ask the tracking number.
And it seems I won't get my contact lenses on time.
