Delivery in 1-2 days promised. 9 days later I have still not received the lenses and Lensway do not reply to emails requesting an update. Manage to get through to the Lensway phoneline today and they said the problem now lies with Klarna, they will deal with the refund, which can take up to 3 weeks. They encouraged me to pay by invoice, as this is done by 95% of purchasers, but this was not recommended by Lensway during checkout. Lensway is pushing the problem onto the customer and this is not something I am experiencing by other online merchants. There has to be a better way for Lensway to solve customer requests, especially as lenses is a product that customers are buying as they need it. Lensway is not looking after the customer and forces customer to look for alternative suppliers due to lack of confidence/customer service

thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have not received your lenses. If an order is lost in transit we will open an investigation with Klarna who will start the process. Because an return is marked as "delayed" up to 30 days this is something we have to do.
If the package is lost, you will be refunded for your order.

We have now switched from PostNord to Bring and will have tracking of all our packages, as well as that the new delivery time will be 1-2 days. You also get the option to choose whether you want it delivered to your door or to the nearest parcel shop.

Paying more during a sale..
I find it quite annoying that I have just paid hundreds of DKK more for two boxes of contacts during the "Singles Day" sales, even with a coupon code, than I did in my last two orders without any discount. Unfortunately I am in need of new contacts and had to buy them anyway, but I am quite disappointed with this type of marketing..

I have order the lents 29/10 from Copenhagen and still are not shipped. You promote on your web page shipping within 24 h and it is not the first time. It is actually every time i have order that gets this delay.

As long as we have your lenses in storage, it will be shipped within 24 hours normally. If they are not in storage, we have to order them from our supplier first, and the expected time of arrival will be 1-2 weeks. This was the case with your order I'm afraid.
